I made seven sales but two didn't get picked up by ClickMagick, and I'm not seeing checkouts on Facebook. Also, when duplicating ads, do I need a new redirect link?

First, double-check your tracking setup because you should be seeing checkouts on Facebook. Checkouts don't fire 100% of the time, but they should be at least 50% to 70% accurate. If you are duplicating the campaign, you need a new White Rabbit link because it's one link per campaign. If you are just duplicating ad sets, you do not need new links. Engagements are always more accurate on ClickMagick, so compare the number of engagements there with the cost per campaign on Facebook to get an accurate cost per checkout. The most accurate place for overall purchases is DigiStore.

Takeaway Double-check your tracking setup if checkouts aren't firing on Facebook, and generate a new White Rabbit link only when duplicating at the campaign level.
Campaign structure If you're duplicating the campaign, yes, because you do want to see which campaign got the sale, if it's the original one or the duplicated ones, right? However, if you're just duplicating the ad sets, you don't. Remember, it's one link per campaign. And one ad per campaign as well, right?
“If you're duplicating the campaign, yes, because you do want to see which campaign got the sale... if you're duplicating the ad sets, you do not need new links.”

Should I use the same pixel?

Use the same pixel if you are not changing offers. The only time you should switch pixels is when you are switching offers. You shouldn't switch offers unless you have already tested over 10 ads and couldn't crack the offer at all, without even having an ad close to being profitable.

Takeaway Keep using the same pixel unless you completely switch to a different offer after testing at least 10 ads unsuccessfully.
“The only time where I'm switching pixels is when I'm switching offers.”

Should I have found a winning ad by now?

If you already have a better ad, test two to three new ad accounts during the weekend (Friday to Sunday) with that ad. If that doesn't work, you can try switching offers, as people are finding winners in both offers. People have different timelines for finding winners, but the offers are proven, so don't get discouraged. Follow the process even for worst-case scenarios.

Takeaway Test your best ad in two to three new ad accounts over the weekend, and consider switching offers if you still don't find a winner.
“If you already have the better ad, I would definitely test like two to three new ad accounts during the weekend with that better ad.”

09:41 to 12:24Boris asked, Antonio answered

Do I run one ad per page and then create another page, and why do I need many Facebook ad accounts?

Different ad accounts have different performance, which is why you test two to three new ad accounts with your best ads. Create new ad accounts in the German time zone so spending patterns start and end at midnight German time. For pages, the only limit is 250 active ads per page, so you typically only need to create a new page every 10 days or when you approach that limit. You can initially scale with just one page and one ad account, which is what the training teaches.

Takeaway Test winning ads across multiple ad accounts in the German time zone, and only create new Facebook pages when you approach the limit of 250 active ads per page.
“Different ad accounts have different performance. And typically when I'm creating new ad accounts... I recommend you create in the German time zone.”

I can't put up ads because the new Facebook UI doesn't allow me to input White Rabbit links and forces Advantage Plus. How do I fix this?

This is very unusual and not something typically seen. You should always be able to put links there. Submit a Loom review so the specific UI issue can be examined. If you are completely stuck, reach out to support to figure it out.

Takeaway Submit a Loom video showing the exact UI issue so it can be diagnosed, or contact support.

13:29 to 14:43Deborah asked, Antonio answered

How do I check how much my video has played after the ad runs?

You can create a custom metric called "play rate" to see if the catalog ad is working properly and if the video is getting played at least 85% of the time. Go to customize columns in Facebook Ads Manager, click create custom metric, and set it as "video plays divided by impressions" formatted as a percentage. If the percentage is over 85%, you are good; if it's below 80%, there is likely a problem with the catalog setup and you should pause the campaign and launch another one.

Takeaway Create a custom metric in Facebook Ads Manager for "video plays divided by impressions" to ensure your catalog ads are playing correctly (aiming for >85%).
“Go to customize columns... create custom metric... it's going to be video plays divided by impressions. And this is going to be a percentage metric.”

14:43 to 16:23STUDENT 3 asked, Antonio answered

Why are my payouts averaging 130?

Payouts depend entirely on the quality of the traffic and the number of bottles sold on the front end. If a customer buys two bottles, the payout is around 100; three bottles is 120; and six bottles is around 170 or 180. In the long run, the average tends to be around 160 because more six-bottle packages are sold. If you get a streak of two- or three-bottle sales, your average will temporarily drop. The process is completely automated based on the number of bottles.

Takeaway Understand that payout averages fluctuate based on the package size (2, 3, or 6 bottles) purchased by the customer on the front end.
“It is not like we're deciding the payouts, it's based on the amount of bottles that you sell.”

You need to accept the Ireland reseller contract. You can open a bank account in Payoneer or Wise with a currency that is not Euros and set it up via international bank transfer. Alternatively, if you have a Euro account, you can use SEPA through DigiStore payment support.

Takeaway Accept the Ireland reseller contract and set up your payout via SEPA (for Euros) or international bank transfer (for non-Euro accounts like Payoneer or Wise).

We provide the overall metrics per offer. All the videos provided are either winners or variations of winners, so you should test variations of them as shown in the course.

One of my ads got rejected and my account stopped spending. Did the rejected ad affect my ad account?

Even with catalog ads, rejections can still happen, though they are rare. Typically, a single rejected ad does not immediately ban or flag your ad account. Check for any red banners in the Ads Manager indicating the account is disabled, and check your billing and payments for issues. If there are no flags, the account is likely fine. To get it spending again, try increasing the budget slightly on every ad set (e.g., from $1 to $1.20 or $1.50, up to $2) or duplicating the campaigns. If neither works, create a new ad account in the German time zone.

Takeaway If an account stops spending after an ad rejection, check for account or billing flags; if clear, try slightly increasing ad set budgets or duplicating campaigns to force spend.
Campaign structure try increasing the budget slightly on every ad set, typically if it's $1 I'll go to 1.20, 1.50, and then eventually $2 if it still doesn't spend. Duplicating the campaigns that are there.

Should I delete inactive campaigns to avoid getting ads rejected from paused campaigns?

I do not recommend deleting inactive campaigns. Deleting every inactive ad could act as a red flag to Facebook. Furthermore, you want to keep the metrics of the ads you tested that did not work for your own data analysis. Getting an ad rejected after it is paused is very rare, but it happens and is just part of being an affiliate marketer.

Takeaway Do not delete inactive campaigns or ads, as it may flag your account and you will lose valuable historical data.
“I typically don't delete anything, because I have the superstition that this can be a red flag to Facebook.”

I paused a profitable ad that got five sales because it didn't get sales for two days. Should I unpause it?

Yes, definitely unpause it. You need to look at overall averages, especially when spending $25 a day. If an ad got five sales, it is likely crazy profitable even over a one-week timeframe. Do not pause based solely on a couple of days without sales; monitor the cost per engagement (CPE) and cost per checkout on ClickMagick. If the CPE remains relatively constant (e.g., below 30 or 40), the ad will likely be consistent. Build clarity on your variables: if you test five scripts with one hook and one wins, the script is the winner. Then test new hooks with that winning script, and test that winning campaign across new ad accounts.

Takeaway Do not pause profitable ads just because of a two-day dry spell; unpause it and monitor the cost per engagement on ClickMagick to gauge long-term consistency.
Campaign structure especially when you're spending like 25 bucks a day, right? So if you're spending like 25 bucks a day, which is the initial budget for most of the campaigns we're mentioning

Should I create multiple identical Facebook pages to remove the page as a variable in testing?

No, testing page names or identical pages is not an important variable and is not taught in the training. The most important variables are scripts, hooks, opening scenes, and ad accounts. Creating identical pages might actually flag Facebook as suspicious behavior. When you do need new pages, you can use a German woman's name, but don't do it as a split test.

Takeaway Do not waste time testing Facebook pages as a variable; focus your testing on scripts, hooks, opening scenes, and ad accounts.
“I don't think it makes sense to test pages. I think scripts are going to be typically the more important variable. Then hooks... opening scene... and then eventually... ad accounts.”

Should I wait to send a Loom review until I fix my tracking issues?

Do not wait too long to send the Loom. Even if you are having tracking issues, the review can help with your ad setup and decision-making process. You still need to figure out the tracking, as checkouts and sales should at least be showing in ClickMagick.

Takeaway Send your Loom review even if your tracking isn't perfect, so you can get feedback on your ad setup and decision-making.

Meta lowered my daily spend limit despite having no payment issues, and I have a winning ad. How do I fix this?

You cannot directly fix a daily spend limit. You can try talking to support, though it's rarely helpful. If you consistently hit the limit and your budget is set higher, the limit will eventually increase, though there's no guaranteed timeline. The best workaround is evolution scaling: take your winning ad and test it in different ad accounts (in the German time zone) to spend more money on that winner across multiple accounts.

Takeaway If you hit a hard daily spend limit on an account with a winning ad, duplicate that winning ad into new ad accounts to bypass the limit and scale.
“Grab your winner and test different ad accounts. Because in the different ad accounts you're going to have maybe the same limit... but at least you're spending more on that winner.”

Should I hide or exclude negative comments on my ads?

Yes, you can hide negative comments, and it doesn't hurt. At a very high scale, it becomes too difficult to manage manually, but you can use a blocklist of words to exclude them automatically. It is especially useful to monitor and hide negative comments on your winning ads.

Takeaway Hide negative comments on your winning ads, and use a keyword blocklist to automate the process.

31:33 to 34:51Ed asked, Antonio answered

Why is the gross revenue shown much higher than my actual payouts, and can we get a higher percentage if we scale?

You receive commissions based solely on the number of bottles purchased on the front end (e.g., 2 bottles = ~100, 3 bottles = ~120, 6 bottles = ~180), regardless of how many upsells the customer buys. The gross revenue includes upsells, but the vendor keeps that to cover product costs, shipping, fees, chargebacks, and refunds, which you do not pay for. The profit margins for the vendor are actually very low (often 5-10%). In rare cases, if you are scaling massively and your traffic consistently buys more upsells than average, the vendor may negotiate a higher CPA to help you scale further.

Takeaway Understand that your commission is a fixed CPA based on front-end bottle volume, while the vendor uses upsell revenue to cover all fulfillment and refund costs.
“You're going to receive your commissions based on how many bottles they purchased on the front end... Regardless of how many upsells they bought.”

Can the Facebook pixel still find good traffic even if most sales aren't showing up on Facebook?

The more sales data the pixel gets, the smarter it becomes. It is possible to find a winner even if tracking isn't set up properly because the offers are proven and the ad creation training is world-class. However, it is not ideal. You should fix your tracking so that at least 50% to 70% of sales show up on Facebook, which helps the pixel optimize and aids your decision-making.

Takeaway Fix your tracking setup so Facebook registers at least 50-70% of your sales, which is necessary to properly train the pixel.

What does it mean when people like the link or post on my page while ads are running?

Likes and positive comments on the posts don't mean much, and you shouldn't look at them as performance metrics. The only time you should look at comments is to exclude negative ones on your winning ads.

Takeaway Ignore likes and positive comments on your ads; they are not reliable performance metrics.

Can the pixel still do a good job if sales aren't showing?

The more data, the better. It is normal that not 100% of sales show up, but if it's below 50% or 60%, there is likely a tracking problem. If tracking was fundamentally broken, you would see zero checkouts or sales. Since you are seeing some, the tracking is probably not completely wrong.

Does the name on the credit card have to match the name on the Facebook ad account, or can I use someone else's card?

It is not a strict requirement, and for most people, it is not a problem. However, it is not ideal. Just like using catalog ads reduces rejection chances but doesn't eliminate them, matching the names is the safest practice, but you can use a different name if necessary.

Takeaway Ideally, match the name on your credit card to the name on your Facebook ad account to minimize the risk of account flags.

If an ad got 1-2 sales a day for a week but no sales for the last three days, should I stop it?

Do not base the decision just on the number of days without a sale; base it on spend and the stability of intermediate metrics. If the cost per engagement (CPE) remains stable, do not pause it. If the CPE shoots up, you can either pause it, try to improve it and relaunch, or pause it and relaunch it during typically better days (Friday to Sunday) to see if it actually fatigued or just had a bad streak.

Takeaway Do not pause an ad just because it had a few days without sales; check if the cost per engagement remains stable before deciding to pause or relaunch.
“If the cost per engagement is around the same, probably I wouldn't pause them. If the cost per engagement shot up... I would do the second... pause them and try to relaunch them for let's say Friday to Sunday.”

I accidentally used the same pixel for both the weight loss and memory offers, and got one sale on memory. Should I shut one off and start a new pixel?

You should never run two different offers at the same time. Since you got your first sale with the memory offer, and memory is currently crushing, focus entirely on the memory offer. You do not need to change the pixel right now because one sale will not significantly mess up the data. Just keep the current pixel and run only the memory offer.

Takeaway Never run two different offers simultaneously; if you accidentally did and got a sale on one, pause the other and continue using the same pixel for the successful offer.

Can we use real clips from YouTube or TikTok in our ads?

Yes, you can typically use short, real clips from platforms like YouTube or TikTok in your ads without getting in trouble. Facebook is very relaxed about this. However, avoid using clips taken directly from Instagram, because Facebook owns Instagram and might flag it.

Takeaway You can safely use short clips from YouTube or TikTok in your ads, but avoid using clips downloaded from Instagram.

Should checkouts show up in the Facebook Ads Manager?

Yes, they should, but checkouts are the least accurate metric in Ads Manager. They are much more accurate in ClickMagick. You should always check the engagement amounts on ClickMagick and manually compare them with the cost and amount spent on Facebook, campaign by campaign. This helps you build clarity on which hook or script is actually winning.

Takeaway Rely on ClickMagick for accurate checkout (engagement) counts, and compare those numbers against the spend in Facebook Ads Manager to determine your true cost per checkout.

Why does one ad account perform better than another?

Facebook assigns a quality score to each account, but there is also a degree of randomness. While older accounts or accounts with higher spend are typically better, sometimes a brand new account outperforms an old one. Every campaign and ad account starts by testing a different initial pool of users; depending on how that initial pool reacts, the algorithm becomes smarter or dumber. Because of this randomness, testing different ad accounts is a necessary strategy.

Takeaway Accept that ad account performance involves randomness based on the initial audience pool, which is why you must test winning ads across multiple accounts.
“Every campaign and also every ad account starts with a different pool of people. And depending on that initial pool of people that it gets, it becomes smarter or dumber.”

How is the memory offer performing compared to the weight loss offer?

Currently, the memory offer is doing a little bit better than the weight loss offer, but both are crushing it and have affiliates scaling over $1,000 a day. Do not switch offers based on momentary trends. If you have been running one offer, you are finding patterns for that specific offer, and switching will set you back. Only consider switching if you have tested multiple ads with zero engagements and your tracking is perfect.

Takeaway Do not switch between the weight loss and memory offers based on weekly trends; stick to the one you are running to build data and recognize patterns.

Does it always take 24 hours for a new campaign to start spending?

As the account starts spending, it usually gets better. However, a 24-hour delay might just be a pattern for your specific ad account. If this happens often, try launching campaigns with a budget of $1.11 instead of the minimum $1 to help force spend. You can also try duplicating the campaign, as the new one might spend faster.

Takeaway If your campaigns consistently take 24 hours to start spending, try setting the daily budget to $1.11 instead of $1, or duplicate the campaign.

I have five different ads that each got one sale, all using variations of the same script. Should I collect more data before scaling?

That is a great situation because it shows you have a winning script. You can evolution scale right now by taking your top one or two winning campaigns and testing them in three different ad accounts. After finding a winning account, you should test a new script using your best hook, best opening scene, and best ad account. This allows you to build upon your proven variables while finding new data.

Takeaway If multiple variations of the same script are getting sales, evolution scale by testing the best variations in new ad accounts, then test a new script using those winning variables.

Nine out of my 10 sales happened before 10 AM. Should I use dayparting to pause ads after 10 AM?

If you see a strong pattern like nine out of 10 sales happening before 10 AM, and you are spending most of your budget after that time, you should absolutely pause the ads at 10 AM for that specific account. However, this is highly dependent on the specific ad account and time zone. Do not let this prevent you from scaling. Take your winning ads and test them in three different ad accounts in the German time zone to see if the pattern holds. Focus on testing major variables like scripts, hooks, and ad accounts before relying heavily on dayparting.

Takeaway If a specific ad account shows a massive skew in sale times (e.g., 90% before 10 AM), manually pause the ads after that time, but also test the winning ad in new accounts to see if the pattern is account-specific.

Sometimes ugly works best. Over 150 VSLs have been tested for this niche, and decisions are made based on backend metrics, not aesthetics. The VSL currently being used is the one converting the best, even if it doesn't look beautiful.

Since you switched the mechanism for the weight loss VSL to oats, should I change my current ads?

We are always testing new mechanisms (ginger, oats, gelatin, etc.), but you do not need to change your current running ads. Testing shows that running a ginger ad to an oat VSL does not significantly hurt performance. However, for new ads, you can model them after the new mechanism. A good test is to take your winning ginger ad, change the script and visuals to match the oat mechanism, and compare the two.

Takeaway Do not pause or change your current winning ads if the VSL mechanism changes, but do test creating new variations of your winning ads that match the new mechanism.
“You don't need to change your current ads because we've tested multiple times and it doesn't make as much difference.”

What should my daily or weekly routine be while waiting for results on my first ads?

For your very first ads, it's best to create four or five and only launch the best three, as the first few usually have execution mistakes. Once live, your routine should be obsessing over creating better hooks and script variations. After you get enough data (specifically cost per engagement), use the winning ads to build new tests—testing new variables against your proven winners.

Takeaway While waiting for ad results, focus your routine on writing and producing new hook and script variations to test against your eventual winners.

If the script says oats but the visual shows ginger, it will be super weird and perform poorly. You can take an existing winning script and swap the mechanism, but ensure both audio and video match the new mechanism.

Takeaway If you test a new mechanism in an ad, ensure both the spoken script and the b-roll visuals match the new mechanism perfectly.
“If you're going to use that technique of trying to change the mechanism in one of your winning ads, never, just change both the script and the visuals.”

Do I need a new pixel when testing in a new ad account?

No, you do not need a new pixel. You use the same pixel. The only thing that must change is that you need to generate a new White Rabbit link for every new campaign.

Takeaway Use the same pixel when testing across new ad accounts, but always generate a new White Rabbit link for each new campaign.
“No changes except always new link. Because every new campaign, new white rabbit link. Super important.”

I have to change my avatar clips due to glitches. Will this hurt my ad quality?

It is subjective and depends on the specific ads. If the new avatar clips are clearly much worse than the benchmark of your winning ads, then yes, it will hurt quality. If they are comparable, it shouldn't be a problem.

“If clearly it's completely different and much worse than the benchmark you have on the winning ads, then yes. If not, then no.”

1:01:12 to 1:03:50Jack asked, Antonio answered

Won't it hurt conversion if the mechanism in the ad (e.g., ginger) isn't congruent with the new VSL mechanism (e.g., oats)?

We have tested this extensively with millions of dollars, and it does not make a significant difference. When an ad says ginger but goes to an oat VSL, most people completely forget about the specific trick. It is better to send traffic to a higher-converting VSL with a mismatched trick than to a lower-converting VSL with a matched trick. Do not change your current winning ads, but you can test the new mechanism in brand new ads.

Takeaway Do not pause or alter your current winning ads just because the VSL mechanism changed; the mismatch does not significantly hurt conversions.
Differs from the course The course documents (D1 Principle 1 and D4 Part 6) explicitly state that the Big Idea mechanism in the creative MUST be exactly congruent with the VSL mechanism, and that a mismatch causes high CTR with zero sales. Antonio explicitly contradicts this, stating they have tested it extensively and a mismatch (e.g., ginger ad to oat VSL) does not significantly hurt conversions, advising students NOT to change their current winning ads to match the new VSL.
“When we say ginger and it goes to an oat VSL, most people completely forget about it. So it's better going to a better VSL than going to a worse VSL.”

[Implied question about avatars speaking too slowly]

If the avatars are speaking too slowly, you can speed them up slightly. Speeding them up to 1.1x or 1.2x speed is typically not a problem, as long as it doesn't look super weird.

Takeaway Speed up slow-speaking AI avatars to 1.1x or 1.2x speed to improve pacing, provided it still looks natural.
“You can always speed them up a little bit... typically 1.1 to 1.2 speed is typically not a problem.”

My ads consistently start spending 15 hours after midnight. Should I schedule them 15 hours earlier to compensate?

I haven't tested that specific workaround, but you can certainly test it to see if it helps.

“I haven't tested, but you can test, to be very honest.”

Is the new VSL shorter?

The length doesn't matter. We test VSLs based purely on conversion rate and earnings per click (EPC). If a VSL has a better EPC, we switch to it, regardless of its length or style.

“It doesn't make a difference, Marco. We're always testing based on conversion rate. So it's always based on earnings per click.”

Does background music affect ad performance?

Some ads perform better with background music and some don't. If you notice a pattern in the provided winning ads for a specific offer (e.g., memory ads using music), feel free to test it. Just ensure the volume is low so it doesn't overpower the script and cause execution mistakes.

Takeaway Test adding low-volume background music to your ads if you notice that the provided winning examples for your offer use it.
“Some ads perform better with background music, some don't... if you've seen a pattern on the winning ads that you have access to, feel free to test it.”

Should brand new ads match the mechanism of the new VSL?

Yes, for brand new ads, you should match the new VSL mechanism. Check the folders of winning ads, which are updated every two to two-and-a-half weeks, to see if there is a new trick, and model your new ads after that.

Takeaway When creating brand new ads, check the updated winning ad folders and match your script's mechanism to the current VSL.
“Yes, for a brand new ad, yes... check the folders of the new winning ads because we're always updating it at most every two weeks.”

[Implied question about getting transcripts for the provided video ads]

We add the videos first and then the transcripts. You can easily generate transcripts yourself using a tool called TurboScribe, which works really well and has a free tier.

[Implied question about using different software tools than what is taught]

I am never married to a specific tool. While Chris teaches using Superior Ads because it's easier for most, some people crush it using different tech stacks. The most important thing is understanding the principles of media buying, creatives, and decision-making, not the specific tool you use.

Takeaway Focus on mastering the principles of media buying and creative testing rather than worrying about using the exact software tools shown in the course.
“I'm never married to a tool... The most important thing is the principles. The principles of media buying, the principles of creatives.”

[00:00] Antonio: Hey guys, welcome everyone to another Super Affiliate Edge class. As usual, super excited to be with you guys. Chris still not fully healed, he has a stomach thing, I don't remember what kind of thing he has, but nothing crazy serious. But he will be back next class, next class, so it's just going to be me and you guys this week again, I mean not this week, this class again, because next Thursday he's going to be with us. Okay guys?
[00:24] Antonio: So this is going to be another amazing one. I'm seeing a lot of you guys being profitable, uh, going over a thousand bucks a day, which is pretty freaking amazing. It's literally the first step. Last time I checked, I think, as I checked I think end of last week, I think nobody reached $10,000 a day yet, but I think it's fine because most of you are unlocking the modules uh week by week, so it's fine.
[00:46] Antonio: And for you guys who have been here for a couple months, check if you have access to the Loom reviews, because I've been doing personal Loom reviews um with the people who have been sending the Looms, right? And it has been super helpful. So you already have access to that, please send the Loom reviews to me. It's just like having me teaching you guys day by day how to run ads, I mean not day by day, but week by week, but with your daily data.
[01:08] Antonio: So I think it has been super, super helpful for the people who have having access to it. And then it's actually really helpful to me as well to see the kind of mistakes that you guys are doing on a daily basis. And to be honest guys, like I, we, we are probably going to review more ads next Thursday, not going to review as many ads um until then, because honestly, I'm, I'm seeing people mostly making decisions when, when, sorry, making mistakes when making decisions on a daily basis.
[01:35] Antonio: Like not as much on just like crazy execution mistakes. Even though if you think that you're getting really, like if you are having like clear execution mistakes, then we're probably going to review more ads on Thursday. But uh, not as much. So not as much, um, typically subtitles are in the right place, there are no crazy avatars, the AI videos are meant to be AI, they're not trying to be hyper-realistic without actually being realistic.
[02:02] Antonio: Like you guys are using more real videos, which makes a huge difference. Like using real videos and if you want real images, but ideally real videos, it's super helpful because it makes your video real, surprise surprise. So it's super helpful. And then obviously if you want to do something crazy with AI you can, but just yeah, using real videos is really good.
[02:20] Antonio: Plus, I saw that most of you actually did that trick, so that's going to be the uh first let's say announcement uh of the day, which is we talked about that trick already I think two or three times. Um, remember, it's a good trick. When you're putting your subtitles in your video, start putting them in both English and German, or at least start in English, so you can actually match the visuals, right, with the script.
[02:47] Antonio: And then obviously after you're done with that, then you can just obviously replace the subtitles with the German subtitles. Okay? I think it's good. And then obviously going through the AI to make sure there are no clear execution mistakes, that one is good as well. So just a final check review, because you guys don't speak German, just to make sure there are no clear execution mistakes.
[03:05] Antonio: I remember the first batch of ads we reviewed, uh, there was something that started with "this is your German translation" or something like that, because somebody just copy and pasted the prompt instead of having the scripts in the ad. So that was pretty bad. So obviously if you do these obvious execution mistakes, you're going to be wasting money. But for most of you, you guys are not doing these mistakes.
[03:24] Antonio: So once again, I'm going to try to focus on the most important mistakes. However, ask your guys questions. So feel free to ask your your guys questions. I see, honestly the people who speak the most typically on on these are typically the people who get the best results. Just saying, right? So engage guys, ask questions, apply the course framework.
[03:44] Antonio: Guys, this is already crushing, like some people are already crushing, having super profitable days, right? So why wouldn't you? Just engage more, ask more questions. When the Loom reviews in the course open to you, please use them, right? So use all these resources because we made it so, so easy for you guys. So anyways, uh, that's pretty cool.
[04:03] Antonio: Uh, I saw your stats Natalia, that's first comment, super happy to be here. Really hope you can share my stats with the group. Made seven sales in the last week and it's pretty freaking awesome. Two did not get picked up by ClickMagick. Um, and then you have a, I mean you have a lot of data. Natalia, I did uh go over your Loom, so I think uh most of it is going to be through your Loom, okay? And I think it's very important.
[04:26] Antonio: Um, you were asking about what are the next steps, but we're going to talk a little bit more about this. Your question is very long, so I think it's going to be tough to go over all of it uh right now. But that's the most important thing. Uh, if you're seeing purchases on uh ClickMagick, first double check your tracking setup guys, always, right? Because I'm still seeing people who are not seeing checkouts at all on Facebook, this is not common, it's not normal.
[04:49] Antonio: Right, you should be seeing some checkouts on Facebook. Checkouts typically obviously they don't fire 100%, so it's normal it's not going to be 100% accurate, but honestly it should be at least like 50 to 70%, right? Like it shouldn't be below like 50 or even 60%, right? So please double check your tracking setup guys. I still see people not seeing the checkouts firing uh on Facebook, which is a problem.
[05:10] Antonio: Uh, purchases should fire a little bit better if you set up the tracking like Chris shared in the training. So if you guys are still not seeing this and you have had multiple engagements and multiple check, um, sales, please make sure your tracking is set up properly. Because it does make a difference. Like Natalia is making magic here, because I believe you're already profitable right Natalia, like seven sales in the past week, but you're still not seeing even sales on Facebook. So clearly something is wrong. Okay?
[05:36] Antonio: Uh, "when I'm duping ads, do I need a new redirect link?" So if you're, if you're duping the campaign, yes, because you do want to see, so you're going to need new white rabbit links, because you do want to see which campaign got the sale, if it's the original one or the duplicated ones, right? However, if you're just duplicating the ad sets, you don't. Remember, it's one link per campaign. So, and one ad per campaign as well, right?
[05:58] Antonio: But uh, if you're duplicating the ad sets, you do not need new links. But if you're duplicating the campaign, yes, because it's one link per campaign. Okay? Very important. Um, and then Natalia, honestly like some, something typical that we always mention is if you're not sure if something is wrong with your setup, rewatch the classes. If you're still not sure, you can always remake the setup, right? Honestly, because you should be seeing engagements and sales firing to Facebook.
[06:23] Antonio: Having said that, I say this every week, but very important, um, engagements are always going to be more accurate, you still should be seeing both on Facebook, not 100%, but at least like 60, maybe 70%. Um, but engagements are going to be more accurate on ClickMagick. That's always where I'm checking the number of engagements, and then I compare the engagements campaign by campaign with the cost campaign by campaign, so I can actually have an accurate cost per checkout.
[06:52] Antonio: Once again, it's very important. I check the amount of engagements on ClickMagick, and I compare this with the cost campaign by campaign on Facebook, because this is where things are more accurate. And then if, if needed, just manually pull, obviously you can use AI as well, but if needed you can manually pull what's your actual cost per engagement campaign by campaign so you can make decisions.
[07:13] Antonio: And then ClickMagick is typically somewhat accurate in terms of purchases, and Facebook as well, but the most accurate place for overall purchases is DigiStore. So I'm always using the three softwares, literally. And it is the best way, it is the most advanced way to do it. Okay? And I know my video is lagging a bit, but hopefully you guys can hear me.
[07:32] Antonio: Okey dokey. Maybe I don't lag too much. Okay, no problem. Um, doo doo doo. Uh, "same pixel?" So I saw a question about pixel again. Yes guys, we talked about this. So same pixel if you're not changing offers. The only time where I'm switching pixels is when I'm switching offers. But I wouldn't switch offers unless I already tested like over 10 ads and uh, and I really couldn't crack the offer at all, I don't even have an ad close to being profitable.
[08:06] Antonio: That's the only time where I might switch offers, okay? Very important. Very important. Um, but I see a lot of people saying amazing things. Like DJ Sen, "I got $1,257 in commissions, which is awesome, in the last six days. The winning video has four engagements and three sales. CPC 82 cents, CPE 25 dollars, is dollars, euros? 250% ROI. Freaking amazing. I started horizontal scaling and evolution scaling just a couple hours ago. Freaking amazing. That's awesome. Congrats. Congrats, congrats, congrats."
[08:46] Antonio: Okay, so I mean a lot of people already crushing, um, which is pretty awesome. Um, cool, cool, cool. Uh, uh, doo doo doo. Chloe is asking if she should have found a winner by now. I mean I don't know how many ads you tested Chloe, but once again I already mentioned all the use cases, right, literally. Uh, one thing I can say is, uh, one thing I always say, uh, if you already have the better ad, I would definitely test like two to three new ad accounts during the weekend with that better ad, like Friday to Sunday.
[09:13] Antonio: Right, that's one thing you can do. And then the second thing you can do is obviously switching offers as well, okay? Because people are finding winners in both offers, so definitely not normal, definitely not normal. But it's just follow the process. We have a process even for the worst case scenarios, so don't get discouraged, okay guys? People do have different times guys, but we know the offers are proven, so don't get discouraged because I still think it's a freaking amazing opportunity and I'm seeing so many people crushing that it shouldn't be a reason why you wouldn't, honestly.
[09:41] Antonio: You guys all have access to the same thing. And honestly I don't see you guys making major execution mistakes for most of you anymore. So I think you should be fine. Cool. Um, Antonio, so now a question from Boris. Good to see you Boris, I don't remember you asking as many questions. "I have a question. I know you said create as many ad accounts on Facebook as possible. I created a Facebook page. Do I just run one ad on the page and then create another page for another, another page for another page? And why do I need many Facebook ad accounts?"
[10:11] Antonio: Okay, a couple of questions into one, but let's, let's make it super clear to everybody, right, just so it doesn't get confusing. So I'm always testing with my better ads, after I test like three to five ads, if I have one that's really close to being profitable, and ideally it's profitable obviously, I test two to three new ad accounts. Why is that? Is because different ad accounts have different performance. I mentioned this a couple times, but I'll repeat as many times as needed.
[10:36] Antonio: So different ad accounts have different performance. And typically when I'm creating new ad accounts, by the way, I already told you guys this, I recommend you create in the German time zone, because this is going to help you uh with the spending patterns, because now it's going to start at midnight German time and end midnight German time. You know what I mean? Like midnight 1, or .1 minute, and then end at midnight.
[10:58] Antonio: So that's why I recommend when you test new ad accounts, test them with the German time zone. Uh, pages, now pages, there's only one limit for pages, which is 250 active ads. So that's why if you just watch the training, you're going to see that I typically recommend creating a page every about 10 days, right? Obviously, if after 10 days you still don't have like 250 active ads, you do not need to create a new page. You don't need to, right?
[11:28] Antonio: But eventually, I'm, I'm really confident that you all are going to crush and scale, so eventually you're going to go over the limit of 250 active ads per page, and then you're just going to have this necessity of just creating new pages, okay? But it's not needed, it's not needed. By the way, both of these are not needed. You could just scale with ideally, I mean actually scaling it would be hard, but you could just run initially with one page and one ad account, that's completely normal.
[11:52] Antonio: That's normal and that's actually what's in the training. Eventually, after you have a profitable ad or an ad that is very close to being profitable, worst case scenario, uh, you can just test two to three ad accounts with that winning campaign, that winning ad. That's one thing, that's one technique that you can do, right? And then the second thing, after you start getting close to 250 active ads, you're going to need to create new pages. Okay? Very important. Um, coolio, coolio, hopefully that was clear. So that was DJ Sen, that's pretty cool.
[12:24] Antonio: Um, "I have been unable to put up any ads for a week because of the new UI on my ad setup that doesn't allow to input the white rabbit links." That's weird. "It's gone all Advantage Plus with no choice website links." Okay, definitely something is wrong because you're always able to to put the links there. Uh, "including old ads which were stripped of links and started sending people to the cute cat safe page. I put in a support ticket last week which got referred upstairs. Is there any word on progress on this?"
[12:53] Antonio: I have no clue, to be very honest. Just if you have access to the Loom reviews, uh, which you probably should at this point, just honestly just put it into the Loom reviews so I can check. I honestly no, no, never seen this in my life, in my whole life. Um, so that's, yeah, that happens, apparently, because I've never seen this. Uh, "I still don't know how to check how much my video has played after the ad ran." Guys, the play rate. So you go to custom columns, and I'm going to give you context on this on what Deborah is asking.
[13:29] Antonio: But the play rate is one metric that sometimes I create if I'm not sure if the catalog ad is working properly or not, to see if the video is getting played at least 85-ish percent of the time. So if it's over 85% it's good, right? So if you guys are already crushing and making sales, ignore this. If you guys think that maybe there's a problem with your catalog setup, uh, then that's a metric I like creating.
[13:52] Antonio: So how do you create? You go to customize columns, right, custom columns in your uh Facebook Ads Manager, custom columns, customize columns. Then on the top right, create custom metric, or sometimes the UI is slightly different, but the whole idea you need to create a custom metric. Then it's going to be video plays divided by impressions. And this is going to be a percentage metric. And then if this percentage for your ads is over 85% or around that, uh, then you're good.
[14:18] Antonio: If it's below like 80, then there's probably a problem, typically I just pause the original campaign uh and I launch another one. But for most of you guys, I've seen by the way the Loom reviews for people who have been submitting them, if you have access please do, I'm here to do that, to do these reviews every week personally. Um, then just feel free to to check it out. Okay? So that's going to be pretty cool.
[14:43] Antonio: Uh, ooh, I see a lot, I love it, so many questions, I love it, I love it, I love it. Um, "I noticed payouts are averaging 130, there's no, that's, that's just stupid, that doesn't happen." So obviously, the averages change, which is completely normal, but it depends on the, on the traffic. It literally depends on the, on the quality of the traffic. But on average it's around 160. It does, it's not like we're deciding the payouts, it's based on the amount of um, how do we say that, bottles that you sell.
[15:14] Antonio: So if it's three bottles, it's going to be, I don't, I don't remember exactly, but I think it's around 100. If it's six bottles is 120. If it's uh, sorry, if it's two bottles is 100, if it's three bottles is 120, and if it's six bottles is 180 I believe, something like that, or 170. So on average, right, in the long run, typically it tends to be more six bottles, so the average tends to be around 160. Okay?
[15:39] Antonio: However, sometimes you get three sales and then they're all like two bottles, they're all the worst bottles, so you're going to get lower payouts. Just because of that. But we're not deciding based on any obscure criteria, it's always based on the number of bottles, literally. And it's automated, like we're not deciding anything, it's completely automated depending on the number of bottles, okay?
[15:59] Antonio: Um, so then like some weeks maybe the quality of traffic is a little bit worse, so you're getting more like two and three bottles, so your average goes down. Maybe another week or another day you get a bunch of all six bottles and the average goes up. Okay? But um, but yeah, it's just the average that we've seen in the long run, but it's completely based on the number of bottles. Okay? Um, just so we're clear.
[16:23] Antonio: Uh, "can you repeat how to calculate the play rate?" So this is a custom metric, okay? So it's a custom metric, video plays divided by impressions on Facebook. That's it. And this is going to be a percentage. And then Facebook automatically is going to calculate it for you per campaign. Okay? Uh, "just curious how much and how long does it take the customer to receive their bottles?" Typically from two to three days, depending where they are, literally.
[16:49] Antonio: And sometimes, sometimes they put the wrong address and all the fun stuff, so there are multiple things that can happen, but that's something we handle, and it's pretty tough to handle. We do all the heavy lifting, but uh, but yeah, it's, it's all good. Okay? Um, doo doo doo. Uh, huh.
[17:12] Antonio: Okay, if any, any UI questions John, please, please talk to support because it's impossible for us to know every specific UI in the world. Like there are honestly multiples. Uh, typically like running the catalog ad should be straightforward, but if you are 100% sure that you have a completely different UI and you can't figure out the principles of what is shown in the training, feel free to ask support and we're going to try to figure it out with you as well. Okay?
[17:37] Antonio: Um, okay, I already mentioned this, but for payouts, okay, so for payouts, you need to accept the Ireland reseller Linda. So I'm not sure if you accepted that contract, right? Uh, so Ireland reseller contract, we mentioned this already, and then uh, yeah, you can just get literally a bank account open like in Payoneer or Wise, uh, with a currency that's not euros, and then you can just set it up via international bank transfer.
[18:04] Antonio: Right, that's one option. And then obviously the other option is via SWIFT. So the other option is via, sorry, not SWIFT, uh, SEPA, right? But this is, this is with DigiStore um, payment support. Okay? So, yeah, uh, but these are the two criteria that I know.
[18:23] Antonio: Uh, "can you guys put up the metrics for each of the example videos?" No. We can't.
[18:28] Antonio: We can't. We have the overall metrics per offer, which is, which is everything you need. So the, if we just put the metrics for every, every creative it would be more confusing than anything, and we can't guarantee you're going to have these metrics for each video. So all the videos that are there, they're going to be either winners or really variations of these winners, so you can, you can test variations of them, like we show in the course. Uh, if we just put metrics for each of them it wouldn't be possible. Okay?
[18:55] Antonio: Uh, "I've only been running ads for a few days. I woke up to one ad rejected after it had a good start. My account has now stopped spending. Uh, has the rejected ads affected my ad account?" So if your ad account, by the way guys, if you're running the catalog ads, this is typically very rare, I'm not sure if you tried running without the catalog ads, but it can still happen. So even if you're running with the catalog ads, you can still get ads rejected. I mentioned this a couple times in the training.
[19:19] Antonio: Catalog ads greatly reduce the chances of this happening, but it can still happen. And it's still part of the game, so congrats to you because you're not freaking out, which is great. Um, so anyways, so however, when it gets rejected, typically your ad account doesn't get like banned or flagged immediately. So this is pretty rare. Now if there's a spending issue, I would check, I would ask support, uh, Facebook support by the way, because they're the ones who know.
[19:44] Antonio: But also I would just check if there's any like flag, literally like red banner saying if something happened, if your account is disabled, because typically if there's nothing saying that you got disabled within the Ads Manager, uh, you didn't, literally. Unless there was a payment issue as well. Right, so check the billing and payments as well to see if there's a payment issue. But if you don't have any of these issues, typically the account should be good.
[20:07] Antonio: Having said that, obviously if it just completely stopped spending, I would try the typical solutions to try to get it to spend again. So increasing the budget slightly on every ad set, typically if it's $1 I'll go to 1.20, 1.50, and then eventually $2 if it still doesn't spend. Duplicating the campaigns that are there. Uh, and if both of these don't work, then yes, you can create a new ad account. Um, I would just create one in the German time zone and it should be good. Okay? Uh, but that's, that's a great question. Congrats on not, not freaking out because it does happen. Okay?
[20:41] Antonio: Uh, and by the way, yeah, you guys can ask Marco, you can ask the support if you're, if you're in doubt with the payouts, but typically from what I remember these are the two rules. Okay? Um, doo doo doo. But I already said Deborah, and then this is in the training by the way guys, Chris teaches you guys how to do this, but it is accepting the Ireland reseller contracts, this is what every, everybody needs to do. Uh, if you have an account in euros, whatever it is, uh, you're going to use SEPA, and if you have an account that's not in euros, for example a US uh account, payments account, um, then it's going to be an international bank transfer. Okay? That, that's literally it. But it's all shown in the training, then you have DigiStore support as well, so there are many ways. Okay?
[21:29] Antonio: Um, coolio, coolio. I love these questions by the way guys, more people are asking more questions, which by the way I love it, so I'm pretty excited that you guys are asking more questions as well. Besides people who are already crushing too, which is pretty cool. Uh, "I got an ad rejected from an already paused campaign. It happens. So to avoid this, should I delete inactive campaigns on Facebook? How about old inactive engagement campaigns?"
[21:51] Antonio: For engagement campaigns it's insanely unlikely, like technically it can still help, but it's insanely unlikely. To be very honest, I typically don't delete anything, because I have the superstition that this can be a red flag to Facebook. There's no rule, so when there's no rule, I'm not, I don't teach it because there's no rule, right? But I think in general I wouldn't delete them, because I think this could flag Facebook like "why is this person deleting every single inactive ad?"
[22:15] Antonio: Plus, you do want to have the metrics of the ads that you tested and did not work, right? So if you just delete the inactive ads, you will lose these metrics. So I don't recommend, I don't recommend. It is possible, it's even rarer to get an ad rejected after it's paused, it's even rarer. Uh, but it can happen. So don't freak out, especially if your ad accounts uh didn't get affected. Uh, it's part of the life of an affiliate marketer guys, to be honest. Okay?
[22:40] Antonio: Um, "so that was a video that I paused that was profitable, that got five sales. Damn, that's awesome. Uh, but then didn't get sales for two days straight. Uh, later I learned on your call that I probably shouldn't have paused it. Just wondering what your thoughts are to unpause it. I would definitely unpause it." Overall guys, I still think, so I think this is a good question Richard, because I still think you guys should have more clarity on decision making. I still think that's the biggest gap, overall.
[23:08] Antonio: Right? The first one, we mentioned it last class, but I'm going to mention it again, uh, is just build upon your winners. So if you have a winning, let's say, just as an example, let's say you have a winning script, test hooks with that script, test ad accounts with that script, and all the fun stuff, right? Let's say now you have a winning hook, test new scripts with that hook, right? Test new opening scenes within that hook, etc, etc. Right? So build upon your winners. Even if your better ads are just really good cost per engagement, even if you didn't get sales yet in the very first few days, build on your winners.
[23:43] Antonio: Second thing, averages still matter, especially when you're spending like 25 bucks a day, right? So if you're spending like 25 bucks a day, which is the initial budget for most of the campaigns we're mentioning, and the ad got five sales, likely it's super profitable. Even if it's in a one week timeframe, right? Likely it's crazy profitable. So you need to be looking at overall metrics as well. Now obviously, um, if it spends for a full week with no sales, it's not the amount of time, that's very important, it's not based on the amount of time.
[24:14] Antonio: Because if it spends for a full week, 7 times 25, that's 168, especially if you're talking about USD, you can get a 180 euro sale and still be profitable. I'm not saying you should wait 160 bucks, but just follow the million dollar testing protocol, literally. So we have the protocol, so you need to be monitoring the CPC, which is a low gauge metric in the beginning, but it's not an important metric at all. The cost per engagement is such a very important metric for you to always be monitoring your ads, right? And then obviously your CPA and your ROI.
[24:48] Antonio: So typically if your cost per engagement is still relatively constant, the ad is going to be relatively constant. And this is going to be the same thing with your winners, right? So if I have a winner, so a profitable ad, but the cost per engagement is like 1.20, 1.50 on ClickMagick...
[25:00] Antonio: 150 on ClickMagic, because on Facebook it can be a little bit inaccurate. Likely it's not going to be consistent. But if I have a winner and the cost per engagement is like 30, 40 or below, likely it's going to be consistent. So you need to check more the cost per engagement, the cost per checkout. This is a very important metric.

[25:16] Antonio: And the best place to check this is within ClickMagic or comparing the number of engagements in ClickMagic with the cost on Facebook. Campaign by campaign, hook by hook, script by script, opening scene by opening scene, account by account. These are the main variables. And then eventually structure by structure. So what happens when I do 151 or 111?

[25:36] Antonio: What happens when I try duplicating the campaign? You need to be tracking these changes, okay? So you can correlate, oh, what happened when I did that? Oh, it went wrong, so I'm not doing this again. Literally. Okay? But you need to have clarity on each variable. What's my winning hook? What's my winning opening scene? What's my winning script?

[25:54] Antonio: Okay, I've tested five scripts, and then script three, hook one is a winner. Let's give you an example, right? Cool. So maybe script three is a winner, maybe hook one is a winner. Uh, maybe they're both a winner. If I've tested already five scripts with the same hook, likely it's the script that's a winner, because the hook only won with that script. You know what I mean?

[26:18] Antonio: So it's just, it's very logical, but you just need to keep building that clarity. Okay, cool. So maybe I have a winning script. How do I make sure of that? Let me test different hooks with that script. Right? So now let me test different hooks with that script. Oh, I have a really good winning rate, because most of the ads that I test with that script, um, they perform.

[26:37] Antonio: So that script is really a winner. Cool. Now I have a winning script. I have, then I grab my top, top, top campaign, I'm going to test ad accounts with that campaign. Because now I want to have clarity on the ad accounts. So you keep building clarity. That's the whole goal. Literally. It's building clarity on each variable that you have. Right? Um, so that's very important.

[26:57] Antonio: No, you cannot switch a current ad account to German time zone. That's why for you specifically, Chloe, before maybe switching offers, I would recommend, because I remember your case, I would recommend maybe testing like one or two different ad accounts with your best ad. So the best one, based on cost per engagement that you see on ClickMagic, I would grab it, or maybe the top two, I would grab it and test in two different ad accounts, maybe Friday to Sunday, see how they perform. Because I think they can perform better. Okay?

[27:30] Antonio: By the way guys, once again, I can't stress it enough, the people who have been submitting Looms to me, they have been progressing at a much higher pace. Okay? So if you have access to it, obviously the access depends on when you joined the course, right? But if you have access to it, um, please send me Looms. I'm excited to help you. Okay?

[27:53] Antonio: Uh, does it make sense to start multiple pages with the same name and profile pic to remove pages as an extra variable? I don't think so. I don't think so because there are many more important variables, Simon. There are many more important variables. So I don't think testing page names is an important variable. That's why we don't teach it like that in the training, honestly. So it comes back a little bit to the training in that regard.

[28:17] Antonio: Um, for the new pages you create, maybe, one thing I've seen some people do, which makes a lot of sense, honestly we haven't tested as much before, so that's why we didn't teach it like that, but just in the new pages that you create, uh, maybe having a German name, uh, a woman German name, I think could make sense. But not as a test, not as a test on its own, literally.

[28:38] Antonio: Uh, I don't think it makes sense to test pages. I think scripts are going to be typically the more important variable. Then hooks, very important variable. Opening scene, which is just the hook of the hook, if you think about it, is kind of an important variable. And then eventually, once you have a better ad, like much better than the other ones, I think testing ad accounts is very important. It makes a huge difference.

[28:58] Antonio: Also, because in a way, if you think about it, testing ad accounts with a winning ad is just evolution scaling. Literally. Like once you have a winner or one that's very promising, testing new variables with that one is just evolution scaling. It's a way to scale. Right? So I think it's pretty cool. Are there downsides to using identical pages? I don't think so.

[29:20] Antonio: I mean, the only thing I could imagine, Simon, is Facebook flagging it as some kind of, something weird. Like why is this person creating pages that are exactly the same? I don't know. Honestly, I haven't tested it. Um, maybe that's the only downside I could imagine. Okay?

[29:37] Antonio: Uh, I'll do the Loom once I figure out why my checkouts and sales aren't showing up in Facebook and ClickMagic. You need to figure this out either way. Uh, especially because checkouts and sales should be showing at least in ClickMagic. This would be very important. Okay? But, uh, do not wait too much to send the Looms as well. Because at least I can review your ads, your ad setup, and your decision making.

[29:58] Antonio: So I think I can help a lot even if you're having tracking issues. Okay, probably not going to help with the tracking issues, but with your decision making, this is going to help even more. Okay?

[30:06] Antonio: Meta lowered my daily spend limit even though there are no payment issues. That's frustrating because I might have a winner. Yes, Simon, you might have a winner. I love it. How do I fix this? You don't. So the only way to fix, um, a daily spend limit, I mean, to be honest, you can try a few things. Okay, so let's be more positive. So you can try talking to support. Typically it's not very helpful, but you can try it.

[30:28] Antonio: Um, and if you're just hitting the daily spend limit every day and your budget is higher than the daily spend limit, um, eventually it's going to go up. But it's not guaranteed, it's not guaranteed that it's going to go up in X amount of days, literally. But eventually it really should go up. That's the trend I've seen.

[30:46] Antonio: The third thing that you can do, by the way, which is just evolution scaling, right, Simon, be creative. Uh, grab your winner and test different ad accounts. Because in the different ad accounts you're going to have maybe the same limit, could be less, could be more, but at least you're spending more on that winner. Because that's what you want to do, you want to spend more on the winner.

[31:04] Antonio: While you're also testing ad accounts. While, if that wasn't the case, uh, you're also testing accounts with the German time zone. Okay? So I think that's interesting.

[31:14] Antonio: Should I exclude negative comments on ads? Uh, you can hide the comments. Yes, you can hide the comments. Doesn't hurt at all. Honestly, at my scale I don't do it because it's too tough. I do have a list to exclude them, but uh, but you can definitely do it. Doesn't hurt. Doesn't hurt. Okay.

[31:33] Antonio: Okay, this is very important guys. You guys can see gross revenue because everything we do is transparent. I saw another person with that same question, Ed. You guys get your commissions based on the acquisition of a customer. Right? So if the same customer bought all the upsells, which is rare, but if they bought all the upsells, you will see a gross of whatever, 2,000 euros, let's say, or 1,000 euros.

[31:59] Antonio: Uh, but, I mentioned this already, you're going to receive your commissions based on how many bottles they purchased on the front end. So if they purchased two bottles, it's going to be lower. If they purchased three bottles, it's going to be a little bit higher. And if they purchased six bottles, it's going to be the 180, I believe. I think is the metric. Okay?

[32:16] Antonio: So it's based on the number of the bottles that the person purchased in the front, on the front end. Right? Regardless of how many upsells they bought. That's a common question. But that's why, that's what allows us as well to not make you guys pay if there are chargebacks and refunds. Literally. Right? Because we try having good upsells, and then good emails, and then good customer support, and then good SMS, good delivery, etc, etc, etc, etc.

[32:43] Antonio: So we're responsible for everything else. Right? So for you guys it's more predictable, because you guys know that your commissions are based on the number of bottles on the front end. And then for us, obviously, we know if we do an amazing job, we can just make a little bit more. By the way, our margins typically are not that high. Right? Because especially for supplements in the health space, sometimes people ask a bunch of refunds.

[33:05] Antonio: So yeah, the margins are not high at all. Like we try getting more than 5% profit margin. Just so you guys know. Uh, some months it's slightly over 10, some months it's break even or even losing a little bit of money. Okay? So even though you guys are always going to see a gross revenue that's much higher than the commissions, that's 100% normal. There are still the costs of the products, there are still shipping, there are still the Digistore fees, you guys don't pay any of that.

[33:32] Antonio: Chargebacks and refunds, we pay for them. Uh, I mean, obviously cost of SMS, email, the pages, there are a lot of other costs. So you guys are always going to see more gross revenue than commissions. Um, but the commissions are only and solely based, this is automated, it doesn't change, it's solely based on how many bottles the person purchased on the front end. Okay? Just, just so we're clear. So it can change a bit, but it's based on the number of bottles on the front end.

[34:03] Antonio: In response, if we're scaling, can we get more percentage? In rare cases, Ed, uh, if you're scaling and we see that for some reason the quality of your traffic, so your ads are so amazingly good that people just tend to buy more upsells than the average, then yes, we're going to talk to you. We're going to say, hey, we want you to scale even more, so we increase the CPA.

[34:23] Antonio: We're doing this analysis every week. So if we see that, we have all the interest of doing that. Because I want to. Like I don't, I don't mind like making a little bit less on the front end, but knowing you guys have more margin to scale. Actually I prefer it. Because I prefer that you guys scale to like 100k a day with even if I have like 2% profit margin, than not being able to scale to like 5k a day with like 10% profit margin. Makes no sense. Okay? So yes, interests are aligned, which I think is pretty cool.

[34:51] Antonio: Can the pixel do a good job finding good traffic? We talked a little bit about this, Sen, but the more sales data you get, so the more sales you get to the pixel, the more it gets smart. Okay? So the more, the smarter it gets. Uh, even though sales are not showing up. But that's a problem. Sales should be showing up on your Facebook pixel, uh, if you did the tracking properly. Okay? So that's a problem, please let's try to triple check it, because it should be showing. Okay?

[35:19] Antonio: Now, it's kind of crazy that you're able to find a winner even without it, but which actually it's possible because the offers are already proven and you guys have world-class training on how to create ads. So it's definitely possible that you can find a winner even when tracking is not set up properly. But it's not ideal, right? Tracking does help. It helps with decision making and it helps making your pixel smart so it can find more purchases. So it's very important to fix that. Okay? Uh, so yeah.

[35:49] Antonio: What does it mean when different people like your link on your page when your ads are running? Likes your link? I honestly not sure what you mean. If it's just like likes on the posts, doesn't mean much. I don't look at engagements like comments and likes. I only look at comments if it's to exclude bad comments, especially on my winners. Like say I have like three ads that are crushing, I'm just monitoring these ads to see if there are negative comments. But uh, apart from that I don't look at likes and comments at all. Doesn't matter. Okay.

[36:27] Antonio: Can the pixel still do a good job finding good traffic even if most sales are not showing up on Facebook? The more the better. The more the better, but it is normal that not 100% of them are going to show. Like I said before. Now if you're getting like 50 is a little bit low, but it does happen. But if you're getting like from 50 to 70%, I think that's the bare minimum. Like honestly, below 60% or below 50% of your sales showing on Facebook, probably something is wrong with tracking.

[36:55] Antonio: But typically, if something is fundamentally wrong with tracking, we're going to see zero. You're going to see zero checkouts or zero sales. Literally. So if you're getting some checkouts and some sales showing up in the Ads Manager, then probably tracking is not, is not wrong, honestly.

[37:12] Antonio: Does the credit card name have to match the name of the ad account in Facebook? Can I use my sister's card? Okay, short answer, it's not a requirement. Long answer, it's ideal that it matches. So as a lot of the things, remember when I told you guys that catalog ads are a super, honestly a super secret, like technique that most advertisers in the world don't know it, because it reduces your chances of getting rejected to almost zero. But it's almost zero, because Facebook still goes crazy sometimes.

[37:42] Antonio: So it's the same thing with this. I can't give you a 100% guarantee that it's going to be a problem. Um, for most people, honestly, it's not a problem. But it's not ideal. Like if you can have the same name in your credit card, obviously it's the best.

[37:57] Antonio: If you had say one or two sales a day over the last seven days, then no sales over the last three days, would you stop those ads? It's based on the spend and based on the, the, once again, the stability of the metrics. Not based just on the amount of days. Right? So if the cost per engagement is around the same, probably I wouldn't pause them. If the cost per engagement shot up, I could do one or two things. Probably I would do the second.

[38:22] Antonio: You could either just pause them and try to improve them and relaunch them. Or you can pause them and try to relaunch them for let's say Friday to Sunday, which are typically better days. And then see if they really fatigued or maybe they just got like two or three bad days. Right? But if the intermediate metrics are still good, and by intermediate metrics I mean mainly the cost per checkout, because the CPC is not a very important metric, especially for you because you're already getting a bunch of sales. Um, then yeah, check, check that metric additionally. Okay?

[38:53] Antonio: I just realized I have the same pixel for both offers. No, Luke. Should I shut off one of the campaigns and launch with a new pixel? I only got my first sale with the memory offer. I mean, if that's your only sale, I would probably just run memory from now on. And by the way, Luke, Luke, I told you guys already, I never recommend running two offers at the same time. Right?

[39:16] Antonio: Um, but if you got, I see a lot of people crushing with the memory offer already. So I recommend, especially because you got your first sale with the memory offer, I just recommend just focusing on the memory offer. You don't need to change the pixel right now, but uh, because you only got one sale, so it's not messing up the data yet. Um, but still, I recommend just focusing on the memory offer, keep the same pixel because it was just one sale, so it's not that bad. Um, that's what I would do in your, in your case. Okay?

[39:43] Antonio: Can we use YouTube clips in your ads? Uh, typically yes. Typically you're not going to get in trouble if you use real clips in your ads. Okay? Uh, Facebook is very relaxed with this. If this ever changes, I'm going to tell you guys. But yeah, short clip in your ad, a real clip from whatever platform, by the way, YouTube, TikTok, whatever, um, it's not going to make a difference. Maybe from Instagram I wouldn't use it, because it's the same platform, like Facebook owns Instagram. So if it's an Instagram clip, just to be sure I wouldn't use it. I've used it in the past, by the way, but just to be sure I wouldn't use it. But like TikTok, YouTube, yeah, you can use it.

[40:27] Antonio: Should checkouts show up in the Ads Manager? Yes. But some of them, once again, checkouts are probably the least accurate thing in the Ads Manager. They're going to be much more accurate in ClickMagic. Okay? So I think in ClickMagic is going to be very important. Um, that's why I'm always checking engagements and, meaning checkouts, the same thing, but I'm almost checking engagements amounts on ClickMagic and then I'm manually comparing this with the cost on Facebook, with the amount spent, campaign by campaign.

[40:58] Antonio: And then I'm trying to build that clarity on which one is my winning hook, which one is my winning script. Right? And I think I mentioned to you guys this already, but um, if I'm testing, let's say, five hooks, five different hooks with the same script, and only one of them performs, right, only one of them, for example, is profitable or has a better cost per engagement, then probably, because I'm changing the hooks every time, then probably the winner is really the hook, and not necessarily the script. Right?

[41:31] Antonio: So now the next step in this case is now testing new scripts with that winning hook. So that's what I mean when I say always build upon your winner. Right? Try to understand what's the highest probability of one specific variable being the winner, and then test the other variables. Literally.

[41:46] Antonio: One question from Boris, why will one ad account perform better than the other? This is, honestly, everything that you guys are learning is honestly very advanced affiliate marketing strategy. Because for most people it doesn't make much sense. The truth is, Facebook has a quality score per account. Apart from that, there is honestly a bit of randomness. Like some accounts are just better than others for no particular reason as well.

[42:12] Antonio: I used to think, obviously there are some criteria. So if you spend more in one ad account, typically it's going to be better. If it's an old ad account, the older it is, typically the better it is. But sometimes I get a brand new ad account and it does better than an old ad account. So there's no specific rule, Boris, to be honest. But it's just something else that you need to test.

[42:30] Antonio: It's just like, it's the same question as if I duplicate the same campaign, same ads, and I duplicate it, one does better than the other. Why? It gets a different pool of people every time. Maybe that's the probably even the most technical answer, is because every campaign and also every ad account starts with a different pool of people. And depending on that initial pool of people that it gets, it becomes smarter or dumber.

[42:55] Antonio: So there is a little bit of randomness, to be honest. And that's why we test it. That's why we need to test different ad accounts eventually, because some accounts do perform better than others. Right? So it's one thing that honestly if you didn't understand 100%, doesn't matter. It's just something that you need to test, honestly.

[43:12] Antonio: Sometimes it's just like, and by the way guys, there are so many variables, the algorithm is so incredibly big and complex, it's just like asking why between these two amazing ads only one performed. It's very tough to understand why, but we're always trying to understand, we're trying to find patterns. Right? So, so yeah.

[43:33] Antonio: Oh yeah, fair enough Kevin. I mean if you haven't launched your campaigns yet, obviously, uh, do not send the Loom. But please try to launch it as much as possible. Okay?

[43:44] Antonio: Sounds like most people are running weight loss ads and you said they're doing well, but for those who are selling memo, how are they doing on average? Okay guys, when I say these things, okay, when I say these things, I really don't want you guys to just completely switch. Right now, but this is something that changes week after week, the memory offer is doing a little bit better than the weight loss offer. A little bit better.

[44:05] Antonio: But the reason why both of them are available is because both of them are crushing. Both of them have people scaling. Uh, and if you have one offer that you've been doing, right, you're going to be finding the patterns on that offer. So switching offers is always worse, based on a general trend, than not switching offers. Right? Especially if you have some promising ads. Obviously, if you got like, if you tested like five ads and you got zero engagements and your tracking is properly set up, then probably there's a problem. Right? You need to improve your ads. Sometimes changing the offer in that specific situation can be good.

[44:39] Antonio: Right? However, if there are ads close to being profitable, if you're getting some ads good cost per engagement, I would always try first to improve my testing and my decision making for that same offer before even thinking about testing offers. Okay? So I think these questions are not too helpful overall, but yeah, just so you guys know, both of them are crushing, both of them have people getting over a thousand bucks a day. Uh, but overall the memory offer is a little bit better. Okay? Right now. But it honestly changes week after week.

[45:08] Antonio: Because by the way guys, we're always like changing the offers and trying to improve them as well. So like maybe we're going to find an even better one this week and then the weight loss one suddenly is going to be better. And then you switched the offer because it was better right now, you know what I mean? So both of them are really, really good, so don't switch it based on a momentary trend.

[45:27] Antonio: If by any chance, which didn't happen, and probably won't happen because we have many VSLs testing at the same time for each offer, okay? But if, just so you guys have zero mistrust, let's say, if we see there's one offer consistently doing much worse, then we're going to remove it. Like we did with ED. Not sure if you guys remember, but when we launched the course, we had an ED offer. Uh, but it was consistently worse. So we just removed it. Literally. If it's consistently worse, we're going to remove it. But I think honestly we're really good with weight loss and memory, so I think they're both of those are always going to be up, to be very, very honest. I think that's very realistic to say. Okay?

[46:05] Antonio: Does it always take up to 24 hours for a new campaign to spend? Or will this get better? Yeah, as it starts spending, it starts getting better. However, it's possible that 24 hours is a timeframe for your specific ad account. However, this is very ad account dependent. If this happens often, you can always test launching campaigns with let's say $1.11 instead of one, instead of the minimum budget, just do 10% more, and this helps a bit. Um, and sometimes it's campaign dependent as well. You can duplicate the campaign and the new campaign is going to be better. Okay?

[46:41] Antonio: You should say start scaling when you have two sales at least. I have had my sales spread through different hooks and variations on the same script. So five ads have had one sale, which is awesome. Uh, and two sales, I don't know. Should I collect more data before scaling? I responded to your Loom today, Natalia. So I gave you a full blown answer. Um, that's not a bad situation to be in, to be honest. Because you're seeing the same variables winning. You know what I mean?

[47:07] Antonio: So you said it yourself, you have five ads with one sale each, um, but you have a winning script. So you can grab, for example, your top one or your top two winning campaigns and test three different ad accounts. That's a way to evolution scale it. Right? Where you're testing one new variable with your top winning campaigns. For example. Right? I'm always grabbing my top winning campaign, or my top two if both are profitable, for example, to test a new variable.

[47:32] Antonio: You know what I mean? So obviously you can test now, after you find a winning account, what I would do probably, I would now test a new script, because I don't think you've tested enough scripts. But then I'll test a new script, but with my best opening scene, with my best hook, with my best ad account, with my best everything, right? With the, with the best everything, best visuals, right? So I think that's very important. And then eventually you're going to start finding new data. Right? Eventually you're going to start finding new data on, okay, now I tested three different scripts, oh, I found a new winner. Now let me test new stuff with that new winner. Etc, etc. Right? So, so I think it's a pretty cool process to be, to be honest.

[48:10] Antonio: Uh, we're always testing, uh, different, different VSLs, Simon, by the way. So with different styles. And honestly, sometimes the ugly works. Not always, but a lot of the times the ugly works, but we're always trying to improve them, just so you know.

[48:28] Antonio: I noticed that nine out of my 10 sales have happened before 10 AM. Which would make me profitable. Would you daypart or is it too early? To be honest, uh, I've, I've done manual dayparting in the past. Okay? So if that's a trend you're seeing, but this is very ad account dependent, guys. By the way. So, and we don't know, uh, what, what's the time zone in your ad account, for example. Right? But for a specific ad account, if you're seeing this pattern, especially for like nine out of 10 sales, and then you're spending most of the budget after 10 AM as well, I would 100% pause the ads at 10 AM. Not even kidding. I would do that.

[49:05] Antonio: However, doesn't let this prevent you from scaling. Because this is probably a pattern for one specific ad account. This is very ad account dependent, this is very time zone dependent. So probably the first thing I would do, which I mentioned this multiple times already in this class, I would grab your winning ad or your winning two ads or two campaigns, and test three different ad accounts in the German time zone. And see if the pattern keeps going. Because probably it won't keep going. Probably. Not 100%, because nothing's 100% as you guys have seen, but probably it won't keep going. And then account by account you can start doing these strategies. Okay? But for your specific account, for this one, I think 10 sales, especially if it's nine out of 10, honestly if it were like seven out of 10, and that's where it becomes almost like building intuition on things that you can test, honestly guys. And in some Loom reviews I've been starting saying this. We start with the rules, start with the minimum viable testing protocol, start with the exact the same techniques that we teach in the training. Like...
[50:00] Antonio: exclude the execution mistakes. So having proper subtitles in the right place, right? Making sure the visuals match the scripts. Making sure the scripts are really good, obviously. Making sure the visuals are realistic or if you're going to use AI, that is, it's really intentional as well. That it doesn't just kind of look AI-y because this is really bad. It's the worst thing that can happen. It either really looks like animation or it needs to be really realistic. You can't be in between.

[50:32] Antonio: So this is the first step. Second step, you start finding patterns. You find patterns in your data, you find patterns in your ads. You start seeing that, for example, cost per engagement is a very good intermediate metric, right, for you to see if your winners are going to be consistent or not. Eventually, you're going to understand how to build upon your winners. So hey, I found a new script, let me test accounts. I found a new script, let me test different hooks. I found a winning hook, let me test different scripts. I found a winning script and hook, let me test different opening scenes, etc, etc, right?

[51:07] Antonio: So all these things are very, very important. And then eventually, like stage three, after the initial patterns, is trying to build intuition. But this is where it becomes an art and honestly, I'm going to reserve that to the guys sending looms. So after you guys start running, we're going to start talking like that. So this is one thing where if seven out of 10 sales happened before 10:00 AM, my typical intuition would say, I'm going to collect a little bit more data, especially if I'm profitable. If I'm profitable, I'm like, I'm already profitable. Let me just keep testing the more important variables. I'm not going to be doing dayparting, right?

[51:41] Antonio: I'm going to test the more important variables. It's like somebody who said, let me test pages. Don't test pages. If you're just following the way we teach you guys how to test pages, you should not be testing pages. Sorry, not testing pages. If you follow the way we teach you guys how to create pages, the name, the picture, it's not going to make a difference. So don't test this as a variable, right? Hooks, scripts, sometimes opening scenes like a third variable, ad accounts for sure, like a third variable. These are very important structures.

[52:10] Antonio: As you start trying to scale, scaling techniques, that's a variable. The structure is a variable, right? So 1-5-1, duplicating at the campaign level, duplicating at the ad set level, evolution scaling throughout ad accounts. This is something that you need to test as well as its own variable. So for example, whenever I duplicate it at the ad set level, it doesn't work. Okay, cool, let me try a campaign level. It also doesn't work. So let me try evolution scale. Oh, now it works. Cool. You know what I mean? So all these things are variables and eventually you start building intuition and seeing the patterns of what are the most important variables for you, right?

[52:43] Antonio: But this is stage three. So let's focus for now on stage one and stage two because I know not everybody is absolutely crushing it yet. Okay. Your audio is not that great compared to Chris. I mean, not sure. This is the best mic I could buy. So not sure what to do, Joel. I try my best. Try my best.

[53:06] Antonio: I tried to use another ad account, but it doesn't have prioritized video. You can test launching in that ad account and seeing the video play rate because the video play rate is really good. But typically if it doesn't have the prioritized video, I would just test another ad account because it should have the prioritized video or something along those lines so you know it's going to spend more on the video and not on the image. Okay. I mean, most people are saying the audio is good, Joel. But it's all good. I understand. Chris has a great audio. I understand.

[53:41] Antonio: Jack, your ads are better than the VSL. Jack, as I said, sometimes ugly works and we've tested over I think 150 VSLs already for this niche specifically. So we're always monitoring the metrics on the back end. So I understand it maybe visually is not beautiful like you would dream of, but it's honestly what's converting the best right now, to be honest. Okay. So, and that's classic by the way. Sometimes there's a beautiful video that you create that you feel is going to be the best one. You test another video that you're not very sure of, and then the video that you weren't sure of is a winner, right?

[54:15] Antonio: But we're always making decisions based on the metrics, not based on what we feel, honestly, right? So I think that's honestly the best learning opportunity. If I have a node ad account with the US time zone, can I change the time zone? No, you can't. Okay. You can test it regardless. I prefer testing with the German time zone because I've seen this to be helpful for some of you guys who are testing it. But if you just have a node US ad account, you can test it as well. No problem.

[54:53] Antonio: DJ said, I mean, if these nodes haven't prohibited you from running, shouldn't be a problem. And then for the new lessons that aren't unlocked yet, it typically unlocks week after week. Okay, guys. That's a very cool question. I already answered it, Richard, but since you switched the mechanism for weight loss, we didn't fully switch it. Just be very, very clear. We're always testing mechanisms. I said this in the last class already. I'm going to repeat it again. We're always testing mechanisms like ginger, oats, gelatin, etc, etc. Always testing new things.

[55:28] Antonio: But no, it doesn't mean you should be changing your current ads. However, if you do see that most of the traffic is going to a new mechanism, and we're going to be sharing this in the drive as well, by the way, guys. So we're going to be sharing ads with new mechanisms as well. So for example, you're going to have one that's for weight loss, for example, we just found a really good VSL with the oat trick, right? So you don't need to change your current ads because we've tested multiple times and it doesn't make much of a difference, honestly.

[55:58] Antonio: However, one technique that I really like is grabbing your winning ad and trying changing the mechanism of that winning ad. So I think that's pretty cool. So for example, grabbing your winner from weight loss, like the ginger trick, and then changing the mechanism to the oat trick and then comparing the two. That's a test I like. However, you don't need to change any of them. That's just one technique that you can test for the weight loss. Okay.

[56:28] Antonio: Always start at midnight, even with the German time zone. It's based on the ad accounts, right? So I'm always starting my campaigns at midnight. Always. Okay. Unless, by the way, obviously, unless you see a specific dayparting situation like one of you did, but then it's more based on intuition and based on patterns than a general rule. The only general rule is that I typically start my campaigns at midnight unless I'm testing something crazy, which sometimes I do. I'm a crazy scientist. But yeah, not the case for most of the time. Okay. So I think that's important.

[57:05] Antonio: I just created my first three ads. I'm about to implement them after watching module five. Once my ads are live, what do you recommend we focus on while waiting for results to come in? Is there a daily or weekly routine? The first thing I like, especially for the first ads, because one pattern I've seen in Adira across everybody, the first one to two ads that you guys create are typically pretty bad, right? In terms of execution mistakes, scripts, the visuals matching the script, there are many details. And we taught you guys how to create ads top of class, right? The best in class.

[57:41] Antonio: So, but typically the first one or two, they're bad. So I always prefer, if you can, creating like four or five ads and just picking the best three to launch initially. And then after you've launched, then based on the initial results, you decide on whether you launch the other two or not. That's the first thing I prefer. It's not 100% needed, but I prefer. Then the second thing, after you launch, I think honestly the routine is just going to be trying to create more ads, variations of scripts, and variations of hooks.

[58:16] Antonio: I think the easiest obviously is just variations of hooks. So just trying to be obsessed on how to make your hook better initially. And then after you get enough data, ideally at least on cost per engagement, unless your CPC is terrible, but for most of you it's not. But ideally on cost per engagement, after you start getting engagements, then based on the winners, that these are the ones that you're going to use to build upon your winners and to test new variables. Okay. So I think this would be my routine after you launch it. But even before you launch it, I'd probably pick the best two or three to launch and not just the first three you launch. Okay.

[58:54] Antonio: Oats. It's oats, the new one we found. And by the way, in the new batch of ads that you guys are going to receive this week, probably there are going to be some ads with the oat trick already. But once again, and I always say this, I'm going to repeat this to eternity because we've tested this multiple times, it doesn't make as much difference if you're running like ginger ads to the oat VSL because we're always split testing the VSLs, okay? And I'm always super transparent with you guys. Um, but it doesn't make as much difference. And vice versa. And if you're running like oats to ginger as well, it doesn't make as much difference. Because we're always testing the tricks, right? So I think that's going to be important.

[59:36] Antonio: If I do change the mechanism in my ads, do I do it in an existing script? Obviously, if the script says ginger and it shows ginger, if you change it to oats, it needs to say oats and show oats. Otherwise, it's going to be super weird. Just to be clear. So obviously, if you're going to use that technique of trying to change the mechanism in one of your winning ads, never, just change both the script and the visuals. Otherwise, it's going to be super weird. If you say ginger and it shows oats, obviously it's going to be weird. Okay. So I think that that's an important question, but yeah.

[1:00:12] Antonio: When you test under a new ad account, do you need a new pixel? No, honestly. Like no changes except always new link. Because every new campaign, new white rabbit link. Super important. Okay, super important. And by the way guys, I'm going to keep answering all you guys' questions because I love them. I love them and I see a lot of you guys are getting a bunch of results, so that's super exciting. So I'm just going to keep answering questions. Okay.

[1:00:42] Antonio: I'm bumping into glitches, so I need to change my avatar clips. Is this a problem for ad quality? I mean, this is going to be a subjective question that I'd only be able to tell Stephen if I actually saw your ads, literally. So it's up for you to judge if clearly it's completely different and much worse than the benchmark you have on the winning ads, then yes. If not, then no. Honestly. I would need to obviously look at your ads. Okay.

[1:01:12] Antonio: If it's not congruent with the VSL, won't it hurt the conversion? Jack, I already answered this. I already answered this, Jack. I answered this already. We've tested this. It doesn't make much of a difference. It's much better...

[1:01:27] Antonio: Did the microphone... okay, come back. It's much better to not switch your ads, especially if they're winners. But for the new ads, obviously, you can always change the tricks. Okay.

[1:01:42] Antonio: So John, is the people have been sending me looms, right? So for you, after a few weeks, the loom reviews are going to be opened. So people can send me looms on their ad accounts. This is one of the things in this amazing offer, right? So just me, like having me looking at your ad account based on the video that you're going to send me, so I can tell you, oh, this is an execution mistake, this is what you should be doing, this is what I'll be doing, look more at this metric, test more this ad, and all these things. Okay. Which is pretty freaking awesome.

[1:02:17] Antonio: That is a better mic... oh, it wasn't connected. It wasn't connected. Okay, so there you have it. We just did the whole class without the better mic. Love it.

[1:02:31] Antonio: I love it. That's funny. I asked it, I already answered. Darren Vaughn. I'm super transparent with you guys. I prefer being transparent and making sure you guys understand than trying not to say stuff just to not confuse you, but I answered already. Okay. It doesn't matter. People have short attention spans. So we tested. We honestly tested dozens of times with millions of dollars. Right. When we say ginger and it goes to an oat VSL, most people completely forget about it. So it's better going to a better VSL than going to a worse VSL with the same trick. So I'm not going to repeat that because now the third time this question gets answered. Okay.

[1:03:18] Antonio: So bottom line, because I said it already, first thing, you don't need to change your current ads. Right. Obviously monitor the performance, monitor the metrics, always. Okay. So bottom line, don't change your current ads. For the new ads, you can test changing the mechanism. That's something you can test. Okay. If you've noticed the change in mechanism for the VSL that you're running. Which by the way, can always happen because we're always testing new mechanisms and new VSLs. Okay. Which is very important. But no problem. I'm going to answer as many questions as needed. I love it.

[1:03:50] Antonio: You can always, if you see Michael that the avatars are speaking more slowly, you can always speed them up a little bit. Obviously don't speed them up too much where they're going to be super weird, but typically 1.1 to 1.2 speed is typically not a problem. Okay.

[1:04:09] Antonio: I schedule my ads for midnight, but they consistently start spending 15 hours later. Should I publish my ads 15 hours earlier to compensate for this delay? I haven't tested, but you can test, to be very honest. That's typically my typical answer when it's worth testing, but I haven't really tested, to be honest. So I can't tell you if it's going to be better. Your mic is as good as Chris's now. We just spent the whole, the whole training with the wrong mic. I love it. But for those of you who stayed until the end, I'm glad that you guys at least got some fun from this. It's all good.

[1:04:45] Antonio: Yeah, it was, by the way. I just, I just saw a message like, hey, connect your wireless microphone. And I was like, oh, there you have it. So that was my bad. It wasn't connected. That was my bad. So hopefully next time I'm not going to forget it. Living and learning. It's all good. I think that yeah, the looms, guys, if you haven't, if you haven't gotten access to the looms, wait for it because it's going to be pretty cool. So for those of you who don't have access to the looms yet, because it has been super helpful. I just was able to give you guys personalized advice and this really changes account by account and person by person, honestly.

[1:05:19] Antonio: So that's something I'm personally excited. I spend many hours every week doing this personally to you guys. And I haven't seen nobody doing this. It's like a one-on-one mentoring every week, which is kind of insane. But honestly, that's something because the interests are aligned. I have all the interest to do that because I want you guys to crush. So yeah.

[1:05:43] Antonio: Is the new VSL short... it doesn't make a difference, Marco. We're always testing based on conversion rate. So it's always based on earnings per click. So if we see the earnings per click of a VSL being better, we switch it. Literally. So that's the metric. So you know you're going to be making more money on your click. And we're testing this every day. Like it's a lot of work, but I think it's, that's where the money is, literally.

[1:06:11] Antonio: Appreciate you, Rica. Go for it. Love it, love it. Great info. Gotcha, gotcha. Okay, cool. I think people are just congratulating me and not asking questions anymore. So that's pretty much it, guys. Build clarity. Try to understand the clarity. Try to look more for cost per engagement. It's a very important metric, a very important intermediate metric. Obviously, ROI and CPA are more important, especially ROI. But the cost per checkout, aka cost per engagement, is such an important metric for you guys to build clarity. Okay.

[1:06:48] Antonio: Yes sir, Jack. Excited for your loom. Shoot it. I love doing those, honestly. And then Robert, suddenly like freaking three huge questions at the end of the class already. I don't know this question. You're going to need to ask the support for the first one. Yeah, all these technical ones ask Superior Ads because I'm not in the tech part of Superior Ads, to be honest.

[1:07:15] Antonio: Many of your ads use low volume backgrounds and sound effects. Can you comment on whether background music affects performance? Once again, if you've seen this pattern for a specific folder, do it. This is a pattern. Some ads perform better with background music, some don't. To be very honest. But if you've seen, for example, oh, a lot of the ones for this week have background music for whatever, memory, then do it. Low, obviously, because otherwise it's going to be bad. So don't make any execution mistakes with it. But yeah, if you've seen a pattern on the winning ads that you have access to, feel free to test it. Okay.

[1:07:54] Antonio: So if you start a brand new ad, it should match the new VSL? Yes, I would say so. For a brand new ad, yes. Yes. But also check the folders of the new winning ads because we're always updating it at most every two weeks. At most two, two weeks and a half at most. So yeah, so at most every two weeks, two weeks and a half, we have new ads. And then just check these new ads, see if there's a new trick. If there's a new trick, you can always model the new ones with the new trick as well. Okay. So that's all good.

[1:08:28] Antonio: Oh yeah, we're going to be adding the transcripts as well, Jeff. Because we have to, we add the videos first and then the transcripts. By the way guys, just so you know, by the way, literally just so you know, it's very easy to do this. We use TurboScribe. Pretty sure it's Turbo... let me triple check, but I'm pretty sure it's TurboScribe. Two seconds.

[1:08:59] Antonio: Yeah, TurboScribe. That's the one. So we use TurboScribe to get the transcripts for any video. It works really well. And it does has a free capacity as well. Super easy to use. So you can use this. There are many ones. I haven't used Whisper. I've heard of it, but I haven't used it. So there are many ones that can just transcribe the videos if they don't have the transcriptions yet. We always try having them as well. But yeah, just super easy to use and you have a capacity that's for free as well. Okay.

[1:09:28] Antonio: So that's cool. And yeah, Stephen, I'm never married to a tool, literally. I'm always testing new tools because sometimes in terms of tools, it's just whatever works for you. Some people crush with Superior Ads, some people are using a different tech stack. I'm never married to a tool. Now obviously Chris thought using Superior Ads, so I think it's easier for most of you. But some people have been using different tools and it's all good as well. Okay. So the most important thing is the principles. The principles of media buying, the principles of creatives, and then at some point the principles of decision making more than anything. Okay.

[1:10:05] Antonio: So yeah guys, I mean, I've been here for now over 10 minutes and I've seen fewer questions. So I think I'm going to wrap up for now. Next week Chris is going to be with you guys, so always good to have a different perspective. As usual, appreciate you guys. Love to see you guys crushing. A lot of you guys are crushing, which is pretty freaking awesome. Appreciate you. Keep pushing, keep getting clarity, keep making data-driven decisions. Trying to get clarity is honestly the keyword that I've been telling everybody. And that's pretty freaking awesome. Appreciate you guys. Bye-bye.
