What is the best test setup to check the flow to see if the tracking is working correctly?

Just run ads. If you follow the training 100% step-by-step, the tracking should be set up properly. Once you start running ads, you will see if there is a discrepancy between the end platform and the Ads Manager. If the data is different, you know it is not working properly.

Takeaway Run ads and compare the data in Ads Manager with your end platform to verify tracking.
“If you see a discrepancy between the end platform and the ads manager, then there you have it.”

01:54 to 02:33Gert asked, Antonio answered

My CTR is insane at 8% and CPC is 28 cents, but I have no initiates or sales. Is this normal?

This is somewhat normal. CPC can be low sometimes, but initiate checkouts are a more important metric. It ultimately depends on how much you have spent. Whenever asking about data, always include your total spend so the metrics can be properly evaluated.

Takeaway Always evaluate your metrics in the context of your total spend, prioritizing initiate checkouts over CPC.
“It is somewhat normal. It just depends on the spend, guys.”

What are the latest announcements regarding offers and Digistore integration?

All offers are currently back online and you should be running them. You must watch the Digistore integration video and complete the setup. If you do not integrate Digistore, the team cannot see when your specific affiliate ID gets a sale, which means they cannot optimize the VSLs on the back end for you.

Takeaway Complete the Digistore integration immediately so your affiliate sales can be tracked and optimized.
“If you don't put, if you don't do that Digistore integration, we're not going to be able to optimize the offers for you.”

What should students do if they are not running ads yet?

If you are not running ads yet, do not feel left behind. It is completely normal because people have different access depending on when they joined. The training is designed to be go-at-your-own-pace, and it can take a couple of weeks for all modules to free up.

Takeaway Proceed at your own pace and wait for the modules to unlock.
“If you're still not running ads, don't feel left behind. This is 100% normal.”

05:53 to 06:35STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Where is the visual integration class you just mentioned?

The Digistore integration class is located in one of the first training modules recorded by Chris. It is in the second half of the video where he discusses V-Turb and its integration with Digistore.

On screen The screen changes to show a man (Antonio) on a webcam. He has short brown hair, a beard, and is wearing a black t-shirt. Behind him is a shelf with framed awards or plaques. The name 'Antonio' is in the bottom left corner of his video tile.
Takeaway Watch the second half of Chris's V-Turb module to learn how to integrate Digistore.
“The second half, when he also teaches V-Turb, right? So when he's talking about V-Turb, and the integration with Digistore.”

I am very experienced scaling Meta ads and want to launch campaigns ASAP. Is there any way to get the rest of the modules opened up?

The modules open at their own pace for a reason, even for advanced media buyers. The training covers highly advanced strategies like catalog ads and the duped ad sets strategy, which very few top affiliates know about. You must wait for the modules to unlock naturally to ensure you learn these specific methods.

Takeaway Follow the drip schedule of the course, as it contains advanced strategies unfamiliar even to experienced media buyers.
“There's a reason why the modules open up at their own pace, because there are some very, very advanced modules over there.”

How should you structure your ad testing after finding an initial winning creative?

Once you find a winning ad—defined as having at least two sales with a positive ROI—you must change your testing ratio. For every three new ads you launch in subsequent batches, two should be variations of your winner using the evolution scaling method, and one should be a completely new ad. Do not just test completely new ads once you have a winner.

Takeaway After finding a winner, launch new ads in batches of three: two variations of the winner and one completely new concept.
Differs from the course Adds a specific testing ratio for scaling: after finding a winner (2 sales with ROI), every batch of 3 new ads should consist of 2 variations of the winner and 1 completely new ad.
Campaign structure After finding a winning ad (at least 2 sales with ROI), scale by launching new ads in batches of three: two variations of the winner and one completely new ad. This adds a specific creative testing ratio to the taught scaling structure.
“Every three ads I launch... I do two ads winners variations using the evolution scaling method, and one completely new ad.”

09:37 to 11:35STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Do you recommend the new workflows and campaign structures for pay-per-call too?

While pay-per-call is a different niche, the catalog method is worth testing for any campaign because it reduces ad rejections by 90%. Every ad account behaves differently; some crush with the duped ad sets strategy at a minimum budget, while others perform better with CBO. The catalog method is a powerful tool to bypass compliance issues across various niches.

Takeaway Test the catalog method on other niches to reduce compliance rejections, but adapt the campaign structure based on the specific ad account's performance.
“The really cool thing about the catalog ads method is that at least it allows you to not think about compliance.”

11:35 to 12:34Chloe asked, Antonio answered

If ads are not spending, do I change the budget on every single duplicated ad set by 10%?

Yes, if your ads are not spending within 24 hours, increase the budget on the ad sets by 10%, moving it from $1 to $1.10. The duped ad set strategy can sometimes take two to three days to start spending. If increasing the budget does not force it to spend, a second technique is to duplicate the entire campaign.

Takeaway If ad sets don't spend within 24 hours, increase their budget by 10% or duplicate the campaign to kickstart the algorithm.
Campaign structure If ads are not spending within 24 hours, increase the ad set budget by 10% (from $1 to $1.10). If they still don't spend, duplicate the campaign. This modifies the taught structure of strictly $1 a day by allowing slight budget increases to force spending.
“If you're seeing this happening, so within 24 hours they're not spending yet, what I recommended is increasing the budget by 10%.”

12:34 to 14:13Warren asked, Antonio answered

How many ad accounts should I have at Facebook?

Initially, you should only use one ad account. Do not test multiple ad accounts right away because your first priority is finding winning creatives. Only after you have found one or two winning creatives—meaning they are profitable for three to seven days with at least two sales—should you test one or two additional ad accounts, and you must only test them using those proven winners.

Takeaway Stick to one ad account until you find a profitable winning creative, then use that winner to test new ad accounts.
Differs from the course Adds a rule for testing new ad accounts: only test new ad accounts after finding 1-2 winning creatives (profitable for 3-7 days with at least 2 sales), and only test them using those proven winners.
“Only after you find your first one or two winners is that I recommend testing ad accounts, but just with those winners.”

14:13 to 15:35Simon asked, Antonio answered

Is there a reason vertical scaling isn't mentioned in the training?

Vertical scaling is not mentioned because it contradicts the duped ad set strategy. The strategy relies on ABO campaigns where the ad set is kept at the bare minimum budget to force Facebook to give you the best possible auction results. Increasing the budget would defeat the entire purpose of this anti-algorithm strategy.

Takeaway Do not increase budgets on winning ad sets; stick to horizontal scaling by duplicating.
Campaign structure Scaling is horizontal, not vertical. The duped ad set strategy uses ABO campaigns with the bare minimum budget at the ad set level to force the algorithm to give the best auction. Increasing the budget (vertical scaling) defeats the purpose of the strategy. This matches the taught structure.
“I would never teach you guys to now increase the budget. It doesn't make sense, you know what I mean, for this specific strategy.”

How are we informed from our end as to when we are ready approved by your end as the offer owner?

You will receive an email from OG Group once you are approved. The approval process typically takes three to seven days because the Digistore team is slow to process the requests. You will never be denied approval, so just check your email daily for the notification and your links.

Takeaway Check your email daily for a message from OG Group confirming your offer approval.
“When you get approved, check for OG Group. So OG Group in your email.”

How do you scale past 250 per day if the limit is 250 ad sets?

The 250 ad set limit is a limit per Facebook page, not per account. To scale past this, you must create multiple pages within your ad account. You should be creating a new page approximately every 7 to 10 days to ensure you have the capacity to scale.

Takeaway Create a new Facebook page every 7 to 10 days to bypass the 250 ad set limit per page.
Campaign structure The 250 ad set limit is per page. To scale past this, you must create a new Facebook page every 7 to 10 days and run new ad sets under the new pages. This matches the taught horizontal scaling structure.
“It's a limit per page. So very simply, we have multiple pages.”

18:12 to 18:50STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Can you have multiple pages in the same ad account?

Yes, you can have as many pages as you want within the same ad account. This is necessary for scaling past the ad set limits per page.

Takeaway Host multiple Facebook pages within a single ad account to facilitate scaling.
“You can have as many pages as you want in the same ad account.”

18:50 to 19:50Simon asked, Antonio answered

Aren't all those duplicates competing in the auctions?

They do not compete negatively because the budget is set so low. By giving Facebook the bare minimum budget, you force the algorithm to find the absolute best auction for every single ad set rather than relying on its standard distribution. It acts as an anti-algorithm strategy.

Takeaway Do not worry about audience overlap or auction competition when duplicating ad sets at the minimum budget.
Campaign structure The duplicates do not compete negatively because the budget is so low ($1). This forces Facebook to give the absolute best auction for every single ad set, bypassing normal algorithm reliance. This matches the taught structure.
“You're forcing Facebook to give you the absolute best auction because you're telling, okay, for every ad set, I don't have enough budget for you to just give me random shit.”

What campaigns do you run on the new pages?

It does not matter; you can run both testing and scaling campaigns on new pages. The page itself is not the most important variable as long as you set it up correctly without execution mistakes. Typically, using a woman's name and having a doctor persona in the beginning works best.

Takeaway Use new pages for both testing and scaling, ensuring they are set up with a woman's name.
“You can run testing campaigns or scaling campaigns in new pages, it doesn't matter.”

20:53 to 21:37STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Once the ad account is warmed up, do you need new engagement ads for every page?

No, engagement ads are primarily for warming up the ad account, not the individual pages. While it might help the page slightly to spend five or ten dollars over three days, it is not strictly necessary and does not make a significant difference.

Takeaway Do not worry about running engagement ads for every new page once the main ad account is warmed up.
“The engagement ads is, are for the ad account, not necessarily for the page.”
accountsetuptesting
21:37 to 22:23Julio asked, Antonio answered

Do you use one ad account per page or can you use one account for multiple pages?

You can use one ad account for multiple pages. You do not need to test multiple ad accounts in the beginning. Once you exceed 250 active ads on a single page, you simply create a new page within that same ad account.

Takeaway Keep all your pages within a single ad account until you are ready to scale proven winners to new accounts.
“You can have as many pages as you want in the same ad account.”

Should we run our engagement campaigns to Germany?

It does not matter where you run the engagement campaigns; you can run them to Germany, Brazil, or worldwide. The purpose is simply to show Facebook you are a real advertiser running a light campaign. When in doubt, run it to Germany since that is the main target country, but it will not affect performance.

Takeaway Run engagement campaigns to Germany if you are unsure, but any location works for account warm-up.
“In doubt, just run it to Germany because that's going to be the main country that we're going to be running to right now.”

My question is regarding the difference in pixel setup for two separate ad accounts. One ad account sets up the same pixel for each page...

The pixel is not tied to the page; it is set up at the campaign or ad set level. When you eventually test new ad accounts with your winning ads, you should use the same original pixel because that is where all your data lives. Do not create a new pixel for every new ad account.

Takeaway Use the same pixel across multiple ad accounts when scaling the same offer to retain your data.
“You don't want to be creating a new pixel for every new ad account you test.”

Can a German-sounding page name achieve more credibility?

It can, though the most important factor is simply having a woman's name. Using a German name will definitely not hurt performance and is worth testing, but it likely will not make a massive difference overall.

Takeaway Test a German woman's name for your page if you want, but any woman's name is generally sufficient.
“If you want it to be in German, I don't think it's, it's definitely not going to be worse. So I think it's worth testing.”

Do we run campaigns 24/7 or use dayparting?

You must run your campaigns 24/7, seven days a week. Do not use dayparting or turn them off during the weekend, as weekends are actually great for these offers. Make all your decisions based on the million-dollar testing protocol metrics like cost per checkout, CPA, and ROAS, rather than the time of day.

Takeaway Run your ads continuously 24/7 and rely strictly on the testing protocol metrics to make decisions.
“You can 100% run the campaigns 24/7, 7 days a week. I even encourage you guys to do it because weekends are great.”

My Facebook UI looks completely different from the training. What should I do?

Facebook constantly split-tests different UIs across different regions and users, so do not let it discourage you. Most updates are minor, and as long as you understand the principles, you will be fine. For catalog ads, the only critical thing is finding the checkbox that says 'prioritize the video' so the budget is spent on the video rather than the image.

Takeaway Ignore minor UI differences and ensure you check 'prioritize the video' when setting up catalog ads.
“If you find the checkbox saying 'prioritize the video', it should be fine.”

I submitted my ads for review as per module 2.14. Can I carry on and publish the ad without waiting for someone to approve it?

Yes, you do not need to wait for anyone to approve your ads before publishing them. The Loom reviews mentioned in the training are for getting feedback on your metrics and ad accounts, not for getting permission to run the ads. Just follow the training and launch.

Takeaway Publish your ads immediately without waiting for manual approval from the course instructors.
“You don't need to get ads approved. Literally.”

Is Facebook catalog having issues? I have tried uploading videos multiple times but the video is just not saving.

Facebook occasionally has bugs, but the catalog method itself is working fine. The most common issue is that the video file is over 100 megabytes; you must compress it to under 100 megabytes for it to save. If it still fails, try recreating the catalog entirely from scratch or doing it in a different business manager.

Takeaway Ensure your video file is under 100 megabytes, and if catalog creation fails, recreate it from scratch.
“If the video is over 100 megabytes, I just use tools that you can find easily online to reduce the size of the video.”

When placing the ads, is it important to take into account the time difference? I live in PST and am 9 hours behind Germany.

The time zone difference does not matter much. You should just schedule your ads to launch at midnight according to the time zone of your ad account, exactly as taught in the training. You should also be running ads through the weekend regardless of the time zone.

Takeaway Schedule your ads to launch at midnight in your ad account's local time zone, regardless of where the target audience is.
“Just schedule your ads to midnight in the time of the ad account. It's just like I teach in the training.”
setuptestingtargeting
35:02 to 37:37STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Why would the time zone matter when you suggest running 24/7? I'm confused.

Some media buyers care about time zones because Facebook tries to spend the daily budget within the remaining hours of the ad account's day. If you launch an ad at 8 PM, Facebook will rush to spend the full daily budget in just 4 hours, which might happen during non-prime hours in the target country. However, if you schedule the ads to launch at midnight the next day, this issue is avoided, which is why the time zone ultimately does not matter.

Takeaway Always schedule new ads to launch at midnight the following day to prevent Facebook from rush-spending the daily budget.
“That's why I always recommend that you guys launch your ads to midnights of the next day.”

We set our ad set budget to the lowest amount, $1. Does this mean our CPC will be under $1?

No, the $1 budget simply dictates how much that specific ad set is allowed to spend for the day. It has no direct correlation to your Cost Per Click; you could spend the $1 and receive zero clicks.

Takeaway Understand that the ad set budget only controls daily spend, not the cost of individual metrics like CPC.
“It just means that's the budget you have for that ad set to spend. You can still not have any clicks, for example.”

38:37 to 41:05Natalia asked, Antonio answered

My ads have been on for 5 days. I have increased budget, duped campaigns, and still nothing. Amount spent has been $2 to $3 per day.

First, ensure you have exactly 25 ad sets set to $1 each. If they are still not spending, increase the budget further to $1.50 or $2 per ad set and wait 48 hours. Also, check your billing and payments section to see if your new ad account has a restrictive daily spending limit. If all else fails, create a new ad account, though this is rarely necessary.

Takeaway If ads refuse to spend, increase the ad set budget up to $2 and check your account for hard spending limits.
Campaign structure Ensure the setup has exactly 25 ad sets at $1 each. If they still don't spend, increase the ad set budget up to $1.50 or $2. This modifies the taught $1/day rule to force spending on stubborn accounts.
“If it's still not spending, you can increase the budget a little bit more. So now you can increase the budget to about $1.50 or even $2.”

41:05 to 42:05Linda asked, Antonio answered

My play rate metric is almost 90%, but what does it mean? I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean everyone is watching my video to the end.

The play rate metric does not measure audience retention. It is a troubleshooting metric used to confirm that the catalog ad is actually spending its budget on the video rather than the placeholder image. As long as it is around 87% to 90% or above, it is working correctly; if it drops to 85% or below, you should pause and duplicate the campaign.

Takeaway Monitor the play rate metric to ensure it stays above 87%, confirming Facebook is prioritizing your video over the image.
“It really just means that Facebook is really spending on your video and not on your image, which is good.”

I can't seem to see the ED offer on my sheet. Is that still available currently?

At this specific moment, the ED offer is not available, but it will likely be added back to the sheet by tomorrow. Currently, only the weight loss and memory offers are available and actively generating sales.

Takeaway Focus on the weight loss or memory offers until the ED offer is reinstated.

42:55 to 46:45Stephen asked, Antonio answered

How do you keep track of all the pages, campaigns, and ad sets when running so many duplicates?

You must use a strict naming convention, especially at the ad level. Do not name ads 'ad 1' or 'ad 2'. You should either use a coded system like 'hook 1, script 4, angle 3, avatar 2' and track it in a separate sheet, or use highly descriptive names directly in Ads Manager like 'hook cutting ginger video, script weird blonde woman'. This allows you to filter data and identify exactly which variables are driving performance.

Takeaway Implement a detailed ad naming convention that tracks the hook, script, angle, and avatar so you can identify winning patterns.
“If you don't have a naming convention like that... you don't know what's the script, you don't know what's the hook, you don't know what's the avatar.”

46:45 to 49:40STUDENT asked, Antonio answered

Can we run both memory and weight loss in the same account?

No, you should not run multiple offers in the same account because you will lose focus and the pixel data will mix completely different audiences. You must pick one offer, specialize in its psychology, and make it profitable first. You should only test a new offer if you have tested a bare minimum of 10 completely different ads for your first offer and found zero winners.

Takeaway Focus entirely on one offer until it is profitable; only switch offers if 10 distinct ads fail to produce a winner.
Differs from the course Adds a rule for switching offers: you must test a bare minimum of 10 completely different ads for a single offer before giving up and testing a new offer.
“I only recommend testing a new offer if you tested at least 10 ads, bare minimum, for a specific offer and you still haven't found a single winner.”

Is the ad set budget in USD equivalent or in your own ad account currency?

The budget should be set to the absolute minimum amount available for your specific ad account in your local currency. While this typically equates to $1, some accounts may require $2 or even $5. If you try to enter an amount that is too low, Facebook will tell you the minimum required.

Takeaway Set your ad set budget to the lowest possible amount Facebook allows in your local currency.
Campaign structure The ad set budget should be the absolute minimum budget available for your ad account in your local currency. This is typically equivalent to $1, but can be $2 or $5 depending on the account. This clarifies the $1/day rule in the taught structure.

I am using Claude to keep track of which winners I mimicked, angles, script mechanisms, and hooks. Is this a good idea?

Yes, using AI like Claude to keep track of all your creative variables and changes is a great idea. It helps organize the data efficiently, and it is a technique that will likely be added to the official training in the future.

Should I check the CPC in the Facebook Ads Manager to evaluate performance?

You should not rely solely on Ads Manager metrics like CPC because Facebook treats the daily budget as an average; it may spend double your budget on some days and very little on others. You must make all decisions based strictly on the million-dollar testing protocol, focusing on cost per checkout, CPA, and ROAS.

Takeaway Ignore daily spend fluctuations and evaluate ads strictly using the cost per checkout, CPA, and ROAS benchmarks from the testing protocol.
Campaign structure Even with the 25 ad sets at $1 each structure (spending $25/day on average), Facebook may spend up to double that amount on some days and less on others. This clarifies how the $1/day budget actually spends in the taught structure.
“The only thing that Facebook tries doing is not more than doubling your spend... some days Facebook can up to double your spend.”

What will happen if we direct copy one of your successful ads?

If you directly copy and paste a successful ad, it will probably not work because it has already been scaled and copied by many others, putting you in direct competition with them. Instead, you must model the ads to create slightly new variations so Facebook does not punish you. Building the skill to create your own variations is far more valuable long-term than trying to take a shortcut.

Takeaway Do not copy and paste winning ads; model their structure to create unique variations.

I'm having difficulty providing directives in Claude to build B-rolls for my videos. How can I improve my prompt skill for memory offers?

First, look at the winning ads to see what types of B-roll actually work, and describe them in detail. Second, ask Claude itself how to improve your prompt to make the output more realistic. Finally, use a structured prompting framework: define the AI's role and context, specify the exact output needed, and clearly state constraints of what you do not want.

Takeaway Improve AI prompts by defining the role, providing context from winning ads, specifying the output, and setting strict constraints.
“You can also ask the AI, how can I have a better prompt to make it more realistic?”

How can students improve the visual and verbal engagement of their creatives?

Do not be lazy with visual and verbal dopamine. If your AI avatar speaks for more than 15 seconds straight, you must introduce a visual change, such as a split screen or B-roll. This is especially critical in the hook; the first 10 to 15 seconds must contain heavy B-roll or viral organic clips to capture attention. Maintaining high visual engagement throughout the entire ad prevents viewers from dropping off and increases conversion rates.

Takeaway Ensure your ads have frequent visual changes, never letting the avatar speak for more than 15 seconds without B-roll, especially in the hook.
Differs from the course Adds a specific visual pacing rule: the AI avatar should never speak for more than 15 seconds straight without a visual change (split screen or B-roll), and the first 10-15 seconds must have heavy B-roll.
“If any part of your ad has the AI avatar speaking for more than 15 seconds straight, you probably need to have a different visual somewhere.”

[00:00] Antonio: exceptionally, uh, Chris is not going to be here. And guys, I am having severe back pain. So unfortunately I'm not going to be sharing my camera just today, I swear, uh, because I'm not, not able to be sitting down, literally. Pretty embarrassing, but it's true. Um, so I might, because I have another call after that as well that I might be able to, to share my camera. So either way, not going to be able to share my camera for this call only. But it's all good. It's all good. I still love you guys. Uh, let me know in the chat if you guys can hear me properly. Can you guys hear me? Can you guys hear me? Hell yeah. Hell yeah. I love it. I love it. I love it. I love it.
[00:43] Antonio: Uh, so as usual, let's start with questions. So let's start with questions. Uh, I'm, will be sharing my screen very soon for a training portion, which I think is always important. But meanwhile, I want to see your guys' questions so I can answer a few questions, which I think are always important, are always important. So let's start with your guys' questions. Okay, sounds good. Hope you're feeling better. All good, all good. Okay, two questions.
[01:10] Antonio: Uh, best test setup to check the flow to see if the tracking is working correctly. So that's the first question from Gert, audience. So Gert, I think that's, that's the way you pronounce your name, right? Um, honestly, it's just running ads. If you follow the training 100% step-by-step, um, it should be set up properly, literally, because the training is very comprehensive. And then after you start running ads, you're going to see, if you see a discrepancy, right, um, between the end platform and the ads manager, then there you have it, right? Then if it's different, you already know it's, it's not working properly, literally. So I think that's very important to, to note.
[01:54] Antonio: And then the second question is, okay, CTR is insane, is 8% and CPC is 28 cents. Is it normal? No initiates or sales. So obviously that's somewhat normal, honestly, I would say. Um, because okay, I mean, CPC can be low sometimes and initiate checkouts are just going to be more important. Uh, so yeah, it is somewhat normal. It just depends on the spend, guys. Guys, whenever you ask about data, which I think is a great kind of question, um, I really want you guys to let me know how much you guys are spending as well. And I think that's very, very important.
[02:33] Antonio: Um, but before that, I do have an announcement as well. So a couple announcements. Um, so you, you probably all know already, but all the offers are back. So you guys should be running already. So that's the first big announcement. Um, hopefully you guys are. Uh, second thing as well, please make sure you guys see the call on the Digistore integration video, guys. Very important. And by the way, I think I'm going to be taking notes on a Google Doc for you guys just to be more visual since you guys are not seeing my, my ugly face. Let me share my screen. Bam, bam, bam. Bam, bam, and bam. Let me share my screen, guys.
[03:05] Antonio: Ooh, I will need to, freak, I will need to give access to GoToWebinar. No problem. I'm going to be putting it in the chat.
[03:29] Antonio: Um, so pretty much, first announcement, I already said, all offers are back. Bam. I'm putting it here in the chat, guys. Let me know if you guys can see it.
[03:37] Antonio: Second announcement, okay? So make sure you watch the, uh, Digistore integration class. So very important, guys, because if you don't put, if you don't do that Digistore integration, uh, we're not going to be able to optimize the offers for you. We're not going to be able to see when your specific affiliate ID gets a sale. Um, and then we're not going to be able to optimize the offers because remember, we're always optimizing the offers, the VSLs on the back end. So it's very important that you guys do that, guys. Please, please, please. Very, very, very important. Okay?
[04:12] Antonio: Um, and then third thing as well, which I also think is very important, uh, I still see a lot of people, uh, not running ads. So obviously, very important, it's normal, okay? A lot of people get freaked out. So people have different access depending on when you join and all that fun stuff. So if you're still not running ads, don't feel left behind. This is 100% normal, okay? Uh, so some people are already running, some people are not. It's normal. Right? That's normal. Because it's a go-at-your-own-pace training. And sometimes it takes a couple weeks to, to have every model already freed up. Okay, guys? So very important. People are saying not running them yet. Completely normal, Mike. No problem.
[05:04] Antonio: Uh, no, Wujo, I'm having severe back pain, so sorry. So exceptionally, I'm not going to be sharing my screen. Okay, actually, just for you guys, because I have a next call, but just for you guys, I'm going to at least try to show up. Uh, even though I haven't been sitting down. Um, I do want to do this for you guys. So give me a quick second. Because you guys are special in my heart. Quick, quick second. Bam. Okay. Ooh, I hope my back pain is going to be better. Sharing my camera really quickly.
[SCREEN 05:58] The screen changes to show a man (Antonio) on a webcam. He has short brown hair, a beard, and is wearing a black t-shirt. Behind him is a shelf with framed awards or plaques. The name "Antonio" is in the bottom left corner of his video tile.
[05:53] Antonio: Um, where's the visual integration class you just mentioned? So guys, the visual integration class, uh, is in the training module that Chris recorded. I can even pull the exact class here, I'm pretty sure. Uh, Digistore integration video, the second half, when he also teaches V-Turb, right? So when he's talking about V-Turb, uh, and the integration with Digistore. So that's where you're going to check it. It's one of the first modules, to be honest, because it's still the setup. Uh, oh, Jeff is saying, no man, don't make your back any worse. It's all good. It's literally, I think I can be sitting down for like 40 minutes, hopefully. It's all good. It's all good. I need to start doing that. Um, appreciate you guys, appreciate you.
[06:35] Antonio: Um, cool. So that's, that's very important. Um, and funny enough, Addy is saying, uh, hey, I recently joined, I'm very experienced scaling Meta ads. Congrats. And I want to launch campaigns ASAP. Is there any way to get the rest of the modules opened up? Addy, there's a reason why they, they open up at their own pace, literally. I understand that you're 100% advanced. Even being advanced, I even ask you if you've ever heard of, for example, catalog ads, for example, and the duped ad sets strategy. These are two strategies that even very, very advanced media buyers do not know about. Because, yeah, I mean, I have access to literally the top affiliates in the world. Uh, I am one of them, spending like 200k, 300k a day. Um, and they have these kind of insane strategies like the catalog ads that you probably never heard of. So this is honestly the most advanced training I've ever seen. And I myself invest a lot in trainings, mentorships, and all that. So there's a reason why the modules, uh, open up at their own pace, because there are some very, very advanced modules over there. Okay? There's a reason for that. I promise.
[07:34] Antonio: Um, this is a very structured, worth the price of admittance all by itself. Appreciate you, Patrick. And by the way, guys, final announcement, very important. Uh, we have started for some of you the Loom reviews. So remember, depending on the week that you joined, we have already started the Loom reviews. Um, so that should be already in the training if it's already opened up for you guys. So for you guys who have been here for a longer time, it's capped at 200 people, but people do join at different times, right? Um, so just remember that for you guys, eventually, if it's not opened up yet, you're going to have Loom reviews of your ad accounts.
[08:10] Antonio: I already reviewed a couple, by the way, and I can already see that main thing for you guys is going to be after you start running, the decision-making process. Super important. And honestly, it's what differentiates, two, two main things differentiate really good affiliates from mediocre affiliates. Honestly, just two things. The first one is just making better ads, literally, and not having execution mistakes, because execution mistakes just make you lose money in a silly way. Like not having subtitles that are clear enough, uh, not setting up your catalog ads correctly, or your tracking correctly, and all that fun stuff. And the second thing is decision-making. So honestly, just making better decisions based on your data. So for example, I reviewed somebody who already found a winner in the first ad, which also proves the offers are really good. Uh, so he found a winner, and then for the next ads that he tested, they had nothing to do with the original winner. And it is on the training, if you haven't seen the module yet, no problem, maybe it's not at your pace yet. Um, but in the training I do say to you guys, after you already find a winner, so at least two sales with ROI, then every three ads I launch, at least for the first few batches after finding my winner, uh, I do two ads winners variations using the evolution scaling method, and one completely new ad. And he just had completely new ads. So he wasn't actually using the things he already found as winners, uh, to test new ads, which is so, so, so important. Okay, guys? So I'm going to be talking about all that.
[09:37] Antonio: But let me try answering all your guys' questions. Do you recommend the new workflows and campaign structures for pay-per-call too? Uh, I mean, that's a different niche. Having said that, uh, the cool thing about the catalog method, guys, is that it's going to help you guys run ads for everybody. If you guys run ads for other campaigns, either as media buyers, either as service providers, these techniques are definitely worth testing.
[10:00] Antonio: One thing I always say, every account is different. So it is in the training as well, eventually I highly recommend that you test new ad accounts with the winner you guys have. And you guys are going to see that if I test three new ad accounts, each with the same ad, same offer, same everything, literally, same setup as well, uh, they're going to have different performance. Because the accounts do make a difference, right? And for every ad account, different strategies are going to work differently. For some ad accounts, the duped ad sets method absolutely crushes with the minimum budget at the ad set level. For some other ad accounts, I still use CBO, literally, right? For this specific niche, in general, the best practices are in the training. For different niches, these are just more tools for you guys to test, right? But the really cool thing about the catalog ads method is that at least it allows you to not think about compliance. So you do not get ads rejected, at least 90% of it. There's still a small chance they're going to get rejected because the AI is still crazy. But honestly, it reduces like 90% of rejections, which is pretty freaking amazing for delicate niches, right? So I think it's worth testing, honestly, it's worth testing.
[11:06] Antonio: Jeff is saying the catalog method is a game changer. 100%. And I always say this, it's a complete game changer. Honestly, very few affiliates in the whole world know about this. Having said that, um, there's still a small chance that you lose ad accounts and you lose creatives. It's part of the game, honestly. If you run ads for long enough and at a high enough scale, eventually you're going to lose ad accounts and you're going to lose creatives, eventually. Uh, but it reduces the risk of that quite significantly. Very important.
[11:35] Antonio: Um, if ads are not spending, that's a question from Chloe. Do I change the budget on every single duplicated ad set by 10%? Yes. Yes. And guys, once again, I'm answering this question, but this is just for you guys who are not seeing spend yet. With the duped ad set strategy, sometimes ads take a little bit longer to spend. Sometimes a couple days or three days. If you're seeing this happening, so within 24 hours they're not spending yet, what I recommended is increasing the budget by 10%. So instead of being $1, for example, it would be $1.10. Uh, sometimes this kicks up the algorithm. The second technique to try to force it to spend is also, after increasing the spend, just duplicating that campaign. And sometimes the duplicated version spends, right? But it's completely normal that sometimes it takes a little bit more time to spend. These two techniques, if this happens to you, these two techniques is what I recommend to try to force it to spend a little bit faster. Um, but honestly it's probably because of the strategy. Okay? Completely normal.
[12:34] Antonio: Um, how many ad accounts should I have at Facebook? Initially just one. Honestly. So I think that's a good question, Warren. Initially, please, just one. Don't go about just testing a bunch of ad accounts for the sake of it. I have a hierarchy of variables that you need to be testing. I think that's a great question and I think the answer is going to be really revealing to you guys. You need to understand, that's what I was talking about decision-making. As a high-level affiliate, making better decisions, at some point, if you're really good at creatives, making better decisions is literally the 80/20 all the time, right? So you need to understand for your specific ad account, what's the next most important variable that you need to test. If you have no data, it's going to be creatives. So just making better creatives initially is the most important thing. Only after you find your first one or two winners is that I recommend testing ad accounts, but just with those winners. Just with those winners, because you already have data on the most important thing, which are the creatives. Because once again, the offers we're taking care on our end, right? So after you've taken care of the most important variable, which are creatives, only then I recommend maybe testing one or two ad accounts, maybe two ad accounts, just to have a benchmark, with your top one or two winning creatives. Meaning, profitable creatives, uh, for at least three days with at least two sales. Which is a very important definition. Once again, I only consider a winner in this space if it has had at least two sales and it was profitable, so positive ROAS, with your guys' commissions, uh, between three to seven days. Okay? So very important. So do not test ad accounts straight away, because otherwise you're just going to be spending budget on ads that you don't even know are winners or not.
[14:13] Antonio: Is there a reason vertical scaling isn't mentioned in the training? I love the question, Simon. So guys, there's a module after you guys already launch ads talking about obviously scaling your winners. There's a very specific reason why vertical scaling isn't mentioned, because it doesn't make sense with the duped ad set strategy. Simon, if you ever test CBO, right, ever, uh, which I don't recommend by the way, that's why it's not in the training. So initially I don't recommend, unless you're really experienced in that, uh, and you really know what you're doing, but it's not in the training, so please don't do it if you don't know what you're doing. Uh, then obviously vertical scaling makes a lot of sense. In the training and what we're doing in our practice is that you wouldn't be increasing budget if the whole point of the duped ad set strategy is to have a minimum budget. The duped ad set strategy, guys, for you guys who haven't watched this part of the training yet, um, some of you have, some of you don't, completely normal. For you guys who haven't watched it yet, it just consists on having campaigns, ABO campaigns, where at the ad set level, you have the bare minimum budget. This forces the algorithm to give you the best possible results for that budget. That's the whole point of the strategy. So I would never teach you guys to now increase the budget. It doesn't make sense, you know what I mean, for this specific strategy. But that's a great question, Simon. That's a really great question. Okay?
[15:35] Antonio: Um, I'm trying to answer, uh, new questions. Uh, how are we informed from our end as to when we are ready approved by your end as the offer owner? Yes, guys, that's a very important question, Perla, especially for new people who are just joining. Okay? So, for you guys who have requested, uh, access to the offers via the form, okay? You're going to receive an email once you get approved from OG Group. So I'm going to put it even in the chat as well. So that's going to be my fourth announcement that is in the chat. So when you get approved, check for OG Group. So OG Group in your email. Literally. So you can just check it five minutes a day. But typically, typically, it takes anywhere from three to seven days for us to do the whole approval process. But don't be scared, because the offers are from my company, so you're never not going to get approved. Just, just so you guys are fine with it, you're never not going to get approved. It just has a delay because we have to ask the Digistore team to actually approve you guys. And they take a long time. We are very, very fast. You guys ask for approval, immediately we ask them to approve you guys. Um, but they're not, literally. So we just have to wait for them. So that's why it can take up to a week sometimes. Um, honestly it should be between two to four days at max, but sometimes they're very, very slow, sometimes it can take up to, to a week, right? Worst case scenario. But just check it every day in your email, it should be from OG Group, and then you guys receive the, the message that you're approved and the links as well. Okay? Very important question, very important setup question. So it's important.
[17:14] Antonio: Uh, Jeff is asking, how do you scale past 250 per day if the limit is 250 ad sets? This is a limit per page. So your question answers itself. It's a limit per page. So very simply, we have multiple pages. And that's why, if you watch the whole training, not sure if you have yet, but even in the beginning, I think in the first like two or three modules, the first three modules I think, in the third module for sure, um, I say that's why every about 7 to 10 days, I tend to create at least a new page, because I know that to scale I, I need to scale, uh, with multiple pages, literally. So in every account I have multiple pages, very simply. Um, so yeah, you always need multiple pages. And there are, by the way, there are ways to buy pages if you want, but you can simply just create them, just like we share in the training, and it's very straightforward. Okay? So yes, correct. Patrick is saying, every 10 days, uh, you should just be creating a page, literally, because you know that to scale you're going to need new pages. That's it.
[18:12] Antonio: Okay? Obviously, by the way guys, the duped ad set strategy is a great strategy, uh, but you can test down the line after you found winning ads, increasing the budget a little bit and test different strategies. But it's not what I recommend because on average, in the long run, the duped ad set strategy is a really good one. So if you can, just follow exactly like in the training. Okay? Can you have multiple pages in the same ad account? Of course. Otherwise I wouldn't be suggesting that. You can have as many pages as you want in the same ad account. Okay? Otherwise, yeah, wouldn't be my suggestion. You can 100% do that.
[18:50] Antonio: Um, just saw the OG Group notification in my Digistore account. There you have it, Lori. You got it. Aren't all those duplicates competing in the auctions? Simon is asking. Okayish question, uh, but as I said, the whole point of it is the budget is so low that Facebook is forced to give you the absolute best auction for every single ad set. That's why the strategy is so powerful. So it's kind of a anti-algorithm strategy in a way. You don't rely too much on the algorithm at all, because actually you're forcing Facebook to give you the absolute best auction because you're telling, okay, for every ad set, I don't have enough budget for you to just give me random shit placements-wise. So that's why it works so well, right? So it doesn't rely on the algo, on the auction algo as much as, uh, any other strategy, literally. So it's not your typical strategy, for sure. That's a very high-level strategy. And you can, by the way, you can definitely test a new strategy if you want, but I think this is the absolute most advanced strategy that you guys can test today. Literally.
[19:50] Antonio: Um, what campaigns do you run on the new pages? It doesn't matter. Literally. Just follow the training, literally. So in the training you're going to see all that. But, uh, the page doesn't make much of a difference. If you just create the pages just like I show in the training, which is typically a woman's name, right, having the doctor, if you will, um, but yeah, if you just create the page like I show, you can run testing campaigns or scaling campaigns in new pages, it doesn't matter. The page is not the most important thing. The page is one of these things where you can make a mistake and it can decrease your results, but if you do it properly, it doesn't make a difference doing it a little bit better or a little bit worse. You just can't have any execution mistakes. It can't be like a, ideally I think, honestly I've tested this, just having a man's name in your page avatar, uh, which you can have any name you want by the way, you could have SpongeBob, it wouldn't work, but you could. But, uh, but yeah, just having a man's name wouldn't work. But I think a woman's name on average just works a little bit better, literally. So typically woman's name, if you can having a doctor in the beginning, um, that's fine.
[20:53] Antonio: Okay? Um, once the ad account is warmed up, do you need new engagement ads for every page? No. The engagement ads is, are for the ad account, not necessarily for the page. It does help the page a little bit, by the way. Important to note. You do not necessarily need it. I think it does help a bit. So if you want to be completely on the safe side, you're going to spend what, five bucks, ten bucks to, to warm up the page. Um, maybe spend it for like three days and you should be fine. Uh, but if you want to test without it, you can as well. I haven't seen much of a difference to be honest, that's a good question. I haven't tested warming up every single page to see if there's a difference. Um, I think there isn't. But I haven't tested this as much, honestly. Okay? So you don't need necessarily to warm up pages.
[21:37] Antonio: Um, Julio, do, do, do, do, do, do you use one ad account per page or can you use one account for multiple pages? I already answered this. So you can have as many pages as you want in the same ad account. So I already answered this. Um, you don't need to be testing multiple ad accounts in the beginning, right? If you have more than 250 active ads, you're going to need multiple pages. That's the rule. Depending, unless you've spent a lot of money already in the ad account, which you probably didn't, uh, because the limit is per spend on the month, so. That's a whole different topic. But anyways, typically over 250 active ads, you're going to need a new page, literally. And then 250 ads for that page, a new page, etc, etc. Very simple to understand, guys. I'll try not to answer too many questions about pages anymore. Um, so yeah.
[22:23] Antonio: Um, should we run our engagement campaigns to Germany? Guys, the engagement campaigns is literally just to tell Facebook that you're a real advertiser. Uh, that's why it's just a warm-up campaign. It doesn't matter. You could run it to Germany if you want. Uh, honestly, I've done both. I've done Germany, Brazil, and worldwide. I haven't seen much of a difference, literally. So it doesn't matter, probably. But in, in doubt, just run it to Germany, okay? In doubt, just run it to Germany, but I don't think it's going to make any difference. That's why I don't show it like that in the training.
[23:00] Antonio: Um, sorry, Antonio, my question is regarding the difference in pixel setup for two separate ad accounts. One ad account sets up the same pixel for each page... The pixel is not per page. Very important. You can have the same pixel regardless of the pages. The pixel is set up at the campaign or ad set level. And since we're using ABO, typically it's the ad set level. Uh, and you can have the same pixel for all your ad accounts. By the way, if you get to the point, but I think this is way ahead of the curve for most of you guys, but if you get to the point where you're testing new ad accounts with your winning ads, just like I said, I would only test new ad accounts after you found at least one winning ad, and ideally two or three. Uh, then you can use the same original pixel. That's what I recommend. Because the pixel is where you have all your data. So you don't want to be creating a new pixel for every new ad account you test. But I think that's way ahead of the curve for both of you guys. For now, focus on having one setup for one ad account working and profitable, literally. Okay? Um, yes, Linda, the instructions from weeks ago are the same as the instructions now. No change. Okay? Um, guys, honestly, I see questions from engagement campaigns and for pages. I think for pages, if you just follow exactly like the training, you're going to be fine. For the engagement campaigns, if you have too many questions, honestly, it really doesn't matter. It really, if you're just running for the days that are in the training, you're going to be fine because it's really just for warm-up. So I'm not going to be answering questions in regards to the engagement campaigns anymore. Uh, you can run to Germany. You can, 100%. It doesn't make a difference if you run to any other country. Uh, it's not for the amount of likes or the amount of impressions, it's literally just to tell Facebook, I'm running a very light campaign for a few days. Literally. Regardless of how you set it up. But when in doubt, just run it to Germany because that's going to be the main country that we're going to be running to right now. So just run it to Germany, but if you've already ran to another country, it really doesn't make a difference. If it did make a difference, I would have told you so in the training. So there's a reason why the training shows everything that you need to know. Okay?
[25:00] Antonio: you need to know, the things it doesn't show is because it really doesn't matter, literally. Okay? Um, so I think that's important.

[25:09] Antonio: Uh, and then in terms of, once again, the page name, a German-sounding page name, can it achieve more credibility? It can. I really just, I just say in the training that it needs to be just a woman name. Um, Chris was even saying that he doesn't like having 'doctor' there. Um, but uh, I think the most important thing is having a woman name, a woman's name. That's the thing I've tested more, it works. Um, if you want it to be in German, I don't think it's, it's definitely not going to be worse. So I think it's worth testing, right? To be honest, I haven't tested it as much, maybe I should have. But uh, I don't think it's going to make as big of a difference, to be honest. So when in doubt, if you want, just test a German name for your page. I think it's fine. I honestly don't think it's very important.

[25:50] Antonio: Very important, guys, I see a lot of these questions, maybe because some of you haven't read the paper call. That's a very important question. Thank you, Linda. So, uh, please run it 24/7. You don't need to have any dayparting, you don't need to turn off during the weekend. I'm even going to put this in the, in the chat. Uh, you can 100% run the campaigns 24/7, 7 days a week. I even encourage you guys to do it because weekends are great for these offers. Weekends are really good, right? There are affiliates in the space, please, you don't need to do this, I only tell you guys so you understand what I'm saying. Uh, but there are even people in the space who only run during the weekends because the weekends are typically better, right? But I don't think it makes sense because you lose a little bit of speed. When you just run in the weekends, you have to wait until the weekend so you test stuff. So there's a reason why I don't recommend this. But there are even people who do this, okay? So yes, please run 24/7 and just make decisions based on data, based on the million-dollar testing protocol, right? So based on the data benchmarks that we give you guys already.

[26:46] Antonio: So it's not going to be based on how long you have been running the ads for, it's going to be based on the metrics. It's going to be based on obviously, um, the cost per checkout, CPC, cost per checkout, the first really important metrics, the cost per checkout, and then obviously CPA and ROAS. The three most important metrics in the space, literally. Okay? Um, so that's very important.

[27:20] Antonio: Um, I see a few questions about, um, the UI. I'm always going to be trying to update the UI, guys, but here's the thing, Facebook sometimes updates the UI for different people in different places at different speeds. So for example, somebody in, I don't know, Vietnam might have a different UI as somebody in Germany. And even two people in the US can have different UIs because Facebook is split testing UIs as well. So don't let the UIs discourage you. When I see a massive update in the UI, when you guys tell to our support, 'Hey, my UI is completely different', then I go check it out and I try making a video just for that UI. Most UI updates are very minor, so if you just understand the principles of what we're doing, typically it's going to work. Okay?

[28:05] Antonio: So for example, for catalog ads, the main thing is that you have a checkbox saying 'prioritize the video'. If you find the checkbox saying 'prioritize the video', it should be fine. Because you're telling the catalog ad to spend on the video, which is 100% what you want. Because if it spends on the image, it's going to be a problem because the image has nothing to do with the, with the product, it's just there so Facebook will never, or at least 99% of the time, is not going to reject your ads. Okay? So I think that's very important. Um, so yeah, uh, please don't, don't get discouraged with the UIs. Very important.

[28:44] Antonio: Um, cool, cool, cool. Uh, 'Submitted my ads for review as per module 2.14, submit your ads for review. I can carry on and publish the ad, no need to wait for someone to approve my first ad.' 100% correct, Stephen. Guys, you don't need to get ads approved. Literally. Like, I'm the offer owner, so I trust you guys, I trust you guys are going to follow the training, literally, and that you're going to create amazing freaking ads and that you're not going to do anything illegal, literally. So I trust you guys not to do anything crazy. So, um, I don't need to be approving every single ad. So you don't need to approve any ad, by the way. Any ad.

[29:14] Antonio: What's going to happen further in the training for some of you guys, for the minority of you guys that's already open, but for all of you guys eventually you're going to have the opportunity to submit Looms showing your metrics and then you're going to have all the instructions on how to do that, how to do these Looms, uh, so we can review your ad accounts. But this is for us to review and give you guys tips, not because we need to approve your ads or anything like that. So these are completely two different things. You can just run ads without getting them approved, right? That's one thing. And then the second thing is that eventually we'll be doing some insane over-delivery where I'm going to be personally looking at all of you guys' Looms once a week, don't abuse it, but once a week I'm going to be looking at you guys' Looms on your ad accounts and your metrics and the ads that you have tested and giving my personal feedback. Just like I'm running with you guys. So I think that's pretty freaking awesome. But these are completely different things. You don't need to get any ads approved. No.

[30:08] Antonio: You just need to apply for the offer like we show in the training, wait for the OG group email so we give you the link and say you're approved, because then Digistore already has you set up. That's it. And then you follow the training, just follow the training. At the end of the day, that's my main feedback for that. Okay?

[30:26] Antonio: Um, 'Really hoping you can explain if Facebook catalog is having issues as this is what is holding me up from running more ads. I have tried uploading videos multiple times, uh, even doing the new catalogs, but the video is just not saving.' I need to understand what's happening, Raj, because I think so far you're the first one who's saying it's not working at all. Some people have said, for example, that they have errors sometimes, but then they do it again and it works. A very simple, yeah, stupid but simple method because sometimes Facebook does have bugs and I obviously can't prevent 100% of the bugs. Guys, bugs are going to happen because you guys are learning high tech, like this is tech at the end of the day. Learning how to do like very specific workarounds in Facebook is being a very techy skill in a way, right? So you can still have bugs. But sometimes just doing it all from scratch again. A lot of people, they have issues, for example, they create one catalog, it doesn't work, they recreate everything from scratch and then it works, right?

[31:21] Antonio: The main thing that a lot of people get held up with is, for example, not understanding that the video needs to be under 100 megabytes. And I show this in the training as well. If the video is over 100 megabytes, I just use tools that you can find easily online to reduce the size of the video. Just literally, it's the same video but literally the size is under 100 megabytes and then it works. Right? So just follow the training step by step. Uh, and if you have any issues, obviously ask our support. Um, but once again, sometimes it's just UI changes or some very temporary bugs. So everybody's running with catalog ads, I'm still personally running with catalog ads, so the problem is not in the method, that's for sure. Okay?

[32:04] Antonio: Um, uh, 'First catalog worked, just struggling to get the second one created, been trying for over a day.' Uh, once again, same, same kind of thing, Raj. So same kind of thing. I actually saw, I think, two affiliates overall from my, like in my lifetime, literally, having the same problem. And then they were trying every day and then they were always able to, uh, to get at least another one created the next day. So I don't know why this happened for them specifically. And then they, they did it in another ad account and then it worked. Another, sorry, another business manager. Because you can only have I think one commerce manager per business manager, something like that. So, so once again, just honestly just recreate from scratch.

[32:42] Antonio: Um, you can try editing the catalogs as well. I have a class in the training saying 'troubleshoot, troubleshooting your catalog ads'. And then obviously worst case scenario, after like two or three days having that issue, just ask our support, we're here for you. But without actually looking at your ad account, I wouldn't be able to tell you what you're doing wrong, literally. So that's why we have our offline support as well in this call, there's not much else I can do, right? Besides telling you guys bugs will happen, just make sure you follow the training to a T, and if you really don't see something that's important that I mentioned in the training, then obviously ask our support, obviously. Okay? Um, so that's obviously important, but you guys are going to have access to our support for a long time, so it should be fine.

[33:26] Antonio: Um, 'Antonio, when placing the ads', that's a great question, guys, from Eugenia. 'When placing the ads, is it important to take into account the time difference? I live in PST and henceforth 9 hours behind Germany. Would running ads during the weekend help?' One thing has nothing to do with the other, right? So you should be running ads during the weekend regardless. Uh, in terms of the difference in time zones of the ad account, I think that's an interesting question because we've tested this with mixed results. So some people like creating ad accounts in the same time zone as the country. I haven't seen this, I haven't seen this make as much of a difference, that's why I didn't teach it in the training. But it is a split test I've seen affiliates around the world doing. For some of them it works, for some of them it doesn't make any difference, right? So it is something that you can test. Having said that, if you have already created an ad account that is not in the German time zone, honestly, I don't think it matters as much, right? So that's why I don't teach it in the training, literally, because I don't do this myself. It doesn't hurt, so it's worth testing, but I don't do this myself. So it's not a problem at all.

[34:29] Antonio: In that case, just like I teach in the training, just schedule your ads to midnight in the time of the ad account. It's just like I teach in the training. So schedule the ads for the next day, midnight, so they spend for the full day. Um, and that's what I recommend. Okay? So, which is what I teach in the training, once again. Um, but you should be running ads during the weekend regardless. You should be running ads 24/7, guys, please. And especially, I mean, during the weekend, I just said it, it's even better a lot of the times. That's, that's all I'm saying. Okay?

[35:02] Antonio: Um, 'Why would the time zone matter when you suggest running 24/7? 100% of the time I'm confused.' Why would the time zone matter? Uh, just because the, I mean, once again, I just said I don't think it matters. So that's the first thing. I don't think it matters as much, or even at all. Having said that, for the people who do think it matters a bit, because once again guys, there are people who run it differently and they can have success. I've been running at very high scale with exactly what I show in the training. That's why the training is the way it is, right? So you can just run exactly like I show in the training and you should be fine. But why do some media buyers think it matters a bit? It doesn't matter as much, but some media buyers think it matters a bit. Because the ad account will try to spend your budget within the time zone that it has.

[35:45] Antonio: That's why I always recommend that you guys launch your ads to midnights of the next day. Because for example, for you guys who have already run ads in the past, maybe you have seen this, right? Where if I launch an ad, for example, at 8:00 PM, it's a daily budget. Remember, it's a daily budget, which is an important detail. So if I launch it at 8:00 PM and it's already immediately, let's say, approved, just for the sake of the example, Facebook is going to rush to spend all my daily budget for those 4 hours, right? So, so it's going to try to rush to spend my daily budget for those 4 hours.

[36:16] Antonio: So what happens when, for example, you're in a specific time zone where until 8:00 PM there's, it's just prime time in Germany, just giving you guys an example. So let's say until 8:00 PM is prime time in Germany, but for your specific time zone, uh, from 8:00 to let's say midnight, just, it's like let's say it's 3:00 AM in Germany. So Facebook doesn't want to spend. So you're just losing those 4 hours, right? So that's why some people say matching the time zone of the ad account with the time zone of where you're running makes a little bit of a difference because then Facebook is able to perfectly match when it's going to spend and when it's not going to spend.

[36:58] Antonio: And by the way guys, if you don't understand this, honestly it's not a problem because I don't run it like that. I just run in the time zone of, of my time zone and then that's it, regardless of where I run. But that's why some people, it's called just answering the question, that's why some people like running like that. I've tested this, I always test everything because I'm very open-minded. Uh, and guys, feel free to test this on your end if you want for new ad accounts that you create. But once again, there's a reason why I don't teach this in the training because I don't think it's too relevant. Okay? So, so that's, that's why. Um, but please don't get confused, just follow the training to a T. You can just have the time zone where you are.

[37:37] Antonio: Uh, this is really maybe a silly question, but uh, we set our ad set budget to $1. My back is starting to hurt a bit. Uh, but it's all good. We only have about 20 minutes. Um, the lowest amount, $1. Would this mean our CPC will be under $1? Obviously it doesn't mean that, Raj. It doesn't mean that. It just means that's the budget you have for that ad set to spend. You can still not have any clicks, for example. So, so yeah, two different things. One is what you're going to spend for that ad set for the day, and the other thing is just depending on the amount of clicks you have. Okay? Um, but yeah, once again guys, typically, not typically, 100% of the time if you just follow the training to a T it's going to work. But obviously sometimes there can be maybe a little bit of a bug or maybe a little bit of a workaround. That's why we have this support and obviously the offline support as well. Right?

[38:37] Antonio: Um, I know you have talked, okay, that's a good question from Natalia. Uh, it's very rare, but it can happen because it's just Facebook, so sometimes Facebook is crazy honestly. But, 'I know you have talked about not spending, but my ads have been on for 5 days. I have increased budget, duped campaigns, and still nothing. Amount spent has been $2 to $3 per day.' Natalia, first thing, obviously it's always going to be my standard answer, make sure your setup is exactly like we show in the training. So do you have 25 ad sets? Because obviously if you only have like 3 ad sets, it's not going to work. But if you do have 25 ad sets, each with $1, then next step, if it's still not spending, you can increase the budget a little bit more. So now you can increase the budget to about $1.50 or even $2, right? And you're still going to be fine. And then watch for the next 48 hours, see if they spend. If they're still not spending, third step, which honestly almost never happens and I'd rather not go to the next step because it's just too much work, then test and create a new ad account. Because it could be, very, very rare, but it could be an ad account thing, right?

[39:39] Antonio: But typically if you just increase the budget up to $2, eventually it's going to spend. Uh, initially guys, it just take a little bit of time. And maybe, Natalia, there's one thing as well, maybe is even the spending limit in your ad account. If it's a brand new ad account, sometimes it has a spending limit and it does take sometimes like a good week to increase that limit, literally. So you can go also to billing and payments and check if there's a very restrictive spending limit in your ad account. This could be one thing. It's also relatively rare to have such a low spending limit, um, but it could happen, especially in the first few days, okay? It could happen. So yeah, you have multiple options here. Uh, increase budget up to $2, right? So instead of being 1.1, if you really want to spend a little bit faster, increase budget up to two per ad set, and check if there's a spending limit in your ad account. And worst case scenario, create a new ad account, right? But it's typically you don't need to create a new ad account, typically, honestly. Um, this ad account has been used before. Okay, so just increase the budget up to $2. Okay? That's probably, this will probably solve it. Very, very probably.

[40:38] Antonio: Um, so that's very important. Uh, let me see if, are there any answers I haven't answered guys? Because there are so many answers I just try to answer it all. Okay? Uh, but if there are any answers that you guys haven't seen, just let me know.

[41:05] Antonio: Um, okay, this is more advanced for you guys who haven't watched the class yet, do not worry, but I'm pretty sure it's the troubleshooting class for catalog ads. So Linda is asking, 'For the play rate metric, right? Mine is almost 90%, but what does it mean? I'm pretty sure it doesn't mean everyone is watching my video to the end.' It doesn't mean it. This is just a metric for us to know if the catalog ad is spending mostly on the video, which it should. So if it's around or above 90%, it's fine. You don't need to worry about it. This is just a metric to troubleshoot catalog ads. Because very rarely, even if you set up everything correctly, um, sometimes the catalog, because Facebook is sometimes, very rarely, but sometimes it's buggy, um, if the play rate is really like 80% and below, or even 85% and below, then sometimes I just recommend pausing that specific campaign and duping it out. Because it needs to be like very close to 90% at least, okay? So 87, 88 or above pretty much. Okay? So it really just means that Facebook is really spending on your video and not on your image, which is good. Which is good. Okay? Um, it doesn't mean more than that.

[42:05] Antonio: Uh, Kelly is asking, 'I can't seem to see the ED offer on my sheet. Is that still available currently?' At this very specific moment, no. But we're probably putting it in the sheet, back into the sheet by tomorrow, just so you guys know. For now, the two offers available, uh, weight loss and memory. Literally. Uh, both of them are working. Um, I've seen, I've seen people getting sales for both of them. By the way, congrats for you guys who are already getting sales. Um, obviously for you guys who are not running ads yet, completely normal, don't feel left behind. But yeah, right, right now I'm pretty sure the ED offer is not back online. Uh, but it's probably going to be by tomorrow. Okay, probably. We're always testing the offers by the way, guys. So always. So we're always going to be trying to find new offers for you guys to run when we know they're good ones. Literally.

[42:55] Antonio: Um, good question from Stephen. 'How do you keep track of all the pages, campaigns, ad sets when running so many duplicates? What are your practices to do this?' That's why the naming convention is so important. So in my class, launching your campaigns step by step, where I just launch a whole campaign from scratch with you guys, just handholding you, um, I show my specific naming convention. If your naming convention is clear enough, you can use the Facebook filters to understand what's running, right? And specifically, honestly, the most important thing, guys, is really the ad naming convention. I still see people just naming their ads like 'ad 1', 'ad 2'. Guys, I can't stress enough the importance of having a good ad naming convention. Because if I know that 'ad 2' is working but 'ad 4' is not, what does it tell you? Literally, let me ask you guys this. If I know 'ad 2' is working and 'ad 4' is not, it doesn't tell me anything. I don't know. I have to go watch 'ad 2', then try to understand what is 'ad 2', and then I have to go watch 'ad 4', go look at the script. It's a nightmare, guys. So when you're building your ad and after you've produced your ad, please, please follow the naming convention. This makes a huge difference.

[44:00] Antonio: I'm, I'm very organized in regards to that. Honestly, I do think it's a very important distinction between really good affiliates and honestly like decent-ish affiliates, the naming convention. The naming convention. Because if your ad is named like, for example, 'hook 1, script 4, um, hook, script, angle 3, avatar 2', then you can have a separate sheet where you know which one is which, literally. And then you can filter by, for example, 'script 3', see all the ads with 'script 3', look at an average, and be able to find a pattern and know that 'script 3' is either working on average or not. This allows you to make better decisions. If you don't have a naming convention like that, if it's just 'ad 1', you don't know what's the script, you don't know what's the hook, you don't know what's the avatar. You don't know. You know what I mean? So, that's one option. And second option, which is even being hyper-organized, which I prefer, but some people just prefer having like a cleaner naming convention in the ad account and then having a separate sheet where they know, okay, 'script 1' is this script, 'hook 3' is this hook, etc., etc. This is an option.

[45:10] Antonio: But second option is being descriptive even in the ad name. So for example, instead of having 'hook 1', you would have 'hook ginger video', right? Or 'ginger, cutting ginger video'. 'Hook cutting ginger video, script, um, uh, for example, uh, weird blonde woman, uh, weird blonde woman in the kitchen. Uh, avatar blonde woman, or blonde weird woman, if you will. Uh, and then, uh, angle whatever, uh, ginger, ginger doesn't get you fat, whatever, right?' I'm giving you an example. This would be the naming convention, literally. So when you're looking at your ad account, you can know exactly what's working. Because then you remember, 'Oh, this is the weird blonde woman. Oh, this is working. Every time I test the weird blonde woman, it works. So for my next batch of ads, I'm just going to test different scripts just with that blonde woman, because I know that's working.' So regardless of your naming convention, guys, uh, even if it's just like 'script 1, hook 3, angle 4', etc., you need to have a separate sheet where you know what, what is what, where you know which one is 'hook 3', which one is 'avatar 4', etc., etc., so you can find patterns. And this helps you with decision making. But if you don't have data to start with, you can't make better decisions. And by the way, for most of you guys who are not running ads obviously, uh, this is a little bit advanced, but it's very important.

[46:45] Antonio: Right. Guys, okay, that's an amazing question. I get, I get super passionate about it. Uh, but this is a really good question. 'Can we run both memory and weight loss in the same account?' First, you shouldn't. So short answer, you shouldn't. Second answer, you shouldn't, again. Because you lose focus. And I've seen people do that. You lose focus. I prefer that you guys get profitable in one offer first, and then, only then, after you're stable in that offer, you open up a new ad account and if you're running two different offers, you do need a new pixel. Um, and that's important. Okay? So please, please focus on one offer, just pick one, and start really understanding that. And guys, I can't stress this enough, because the mechanisms of selling a weight loss offer are different from the mental triggers of selling a memory offer, which are different, when we have the ED offer, are going to be very different than the mechanisms of selling an ED offer. Completely different people looking for completely different things for completely different reasons.

[47:45] Antonio: Once you start creating more creatives for the same offer, you start understanding the psychology behind that offer more and more. You start understanding the avatars, the scenes, the visuals, even the editing style. So if you're splitting your focus, by definition, you're losing on all that learning, that specialized learning for that offer. So just pick one, literally, pick one in the beginning, make it profitable. After it's profitable, if you want to just diversify your income, then you can test a new one. And when you do that, then you need a new account and a new pixel, right? Because the pixel is per avatar. So if you have an ED offer running or a memory loss, memory loss offer running, uh, you don't want to have like the same pixel running weight loss, which is just completely different people. Okay? Very important.

[48:45] Antonio: The find stable. That's a good question. And Perla, by the way, most really good affiliates, they don't even change offers. Like they just specialize, they're really good at weight loss, or they're really good at ED. So I don't even think you should be testing more offers. I only recommend testing a new offer, and by the way, this is going to be in the training as well, guys, maybe it just hasn't unlocked for you guys, but everything comes at its own pace, that's why. But I only recommend testing a new offer if you tested at least 10 ads, bare minimum, for a specific offer and you still haven't found a single winner. At least 10. And you need to make sure the 10 ads are really different, which is another big, very important thing. Okay? But if that's not the case, you don't need to test a new offer. Very important. Okay? Um, and yes, Ed, you can have a German name in your Facebook page. It's not, it's completely optional, not mandatory, that's why I don't teach it in the training, but you can. Okay?

[49:40] Antonio: Uh, is, okay, that's a somewhat important question even though it is in the training from Jocelyn. 'Is the ad set budget in USD equivalent or in your own ad account currency?' It's the minimum budget available for you. Short answer is the minimum budget available for you. Long answer, typically this amounts to $1.
[50:00] Antonio: conversion in your in your currency. But for some people it's a little bit more, it just really depends on the ad account, literally. I think I've seen some people saying they had to put like $2, I think one even said it was $5, right? But it's the minimum budget available. Literally. And if you try putting like a very, very low amount, like let's say you try putting like 10 cents, Facebook is going to tell you the minimum budget available for your ad account is X. So just do that. That's the short answer, that's the easiest answer. Okay?

[50:29] Antonio: But typically it's $1. That's why I always say when I say 1-25-1 for example as the structure, it is because I reckon on average you guys are going to have 25 ad sets spending on average $1 each. And I say on average because some days Facebook is going to spend 50, some days Facebook is going to spend 5, but on average you're going to spend $1 each. Okay?

[50:50] Antonio: Okay, let me just answer Raj as well. Can you use the same... Okay, cool. Cool, cool, cool. Just didn't want to answer because otherwise it's going to confuse everybody.

[51:05] Antonio: I have a page for another offer, can I use that page for weight loss? Unless, so I already answered this to a certain degree, you can use the same page only if it's in the way that I show in this training. So I show a very specific way how the page should be named and the kind of picture that needs to be there. If it's aligned to that, yes, if it's not aligned, no. So yeah, it's a classic, just follow the training. Okay? Very important.

[51:32] Antonio: I want to take Ginger Trick to 10k per day. I really want you to take it to 10k a day as well and even more, hopefully you get to 100k a day. Okay.

[51:44] Antonio: And by the way, this is pretty cool. Linda is using Claude to keep track of which winners she mimicked, which angles, which script mechanisms, and keeping track of hooks for me. So if you guys know how to use AI really well, I thought it was overkill, but some people do that and I think it's pretty cool. So just take notes on Claude if you will, and Claude is going to keep up with all your guys' changes. I think that's pretty cool, Linda. By the way, I might add it to the training. That's a pretty cool thing. I didn't add it initially because I thought it was going to be overkill, but I know you all of you guys are going to become advanced affiliates, so I will, I think I will teach that because that's pretty cool. Just using Claude to keep track of everything you're doing, I think it's pretty cool. Okay?

[52:25] Antonio: So I think most of it, I'm not seeing as many questions guys. Are we getting to a point where you guys are already rockstar affiliates? I think we're getting to the final minutes here of the call. So let me know if you have more questions, please.

[52:46] Antonio: Okay, so people are asking, that's a classic question, okay Sheila. As I said, the daily budget, and Facebook even says that if you read the policies, but I mean you don't need to read the policies, I'll just let you know. Facebook says the daily budget is what they try doing at an average, right? So even if you do 1-25-1 for example, which is pretty much just means 25 ad sets and probably $1 each because that's typically the minimum budget for most accounts, theoretically you should spend $25 every day, right? Wrong. Because that's an average. So on average you're going to spend $25 every day. Some days it's going to spend 40, some days it's going to spend 10. The only thing that Facebook tries doing is not more than doubling your spend. So bear in mind, that's not something you can control, but it also doesn't decrease results, okay? Bear in mind some days Facebook can up to double your spend. Literally. So you just need to do that.

[53:39] Antonio: But still make decisions based on the million dollar testing protocol. The only thing that concerns me, Sheila, that you're saying check the CPC in the Facebook Ads Manager. For that spend, yes, because it's very low spend, but all the benchmarks that you guys need to have is based on the million dollar testing protocol. So the document that you guys have saying when do you look at CPC, when do you look at cost per checkout, when do you look at CPA and ROAS, right? Just for you guys who are already very advanced, you can be a little bit flexible with the million dollar testing protocol, a little bit, not crazy flexible, but for you guys who are not, just please follow the million dollar testing protocol to a T. Okay?

[54:18] Antonio: Newbie question. What will happen if we direct copy one of your successful ads? I do mention this in the training. Probably it's not going to work. It can work, but probably it won't. Just because we have already scaled those ads, right? And probably some people copied us already. So indirectly you're going to be competing against a bunch of people, which you don't want to, literally. Because if you're competing against a bunch of people, it just has a higher chance it's not going to work, right? If you model them, then you're creating a slightly new variation and Facebook is not going to punish you for mimicking, right? For modeling. But if you just copy and paste the same ads in the folder, probably it's not going to work. There are some people who do that, and by the way, we've had affiliates in the past who even scaled with copy and paste, but I really don't recommend it.

[55:03] Antonio: The reason why I say this in the training is because probably these ads have been copied so many times already that it's just not worth it. Literally. It's just not worth it sometimes to copy and paste. And by the way guys, we're here to build skills at the end of the day. Literally. We want to build you guys into people who don't need to copy and paste stuff, who are able to create their own variations of winners and crush with them, make a lot of money with them. So even if it takes a little bit of money in the beginning to get to that point where you build that skill, it's worth it because it's going to be a skill you guys are going to have for the rest of your life. Literally, right? So look at the testing budget as I'm building these freaking amazing skills as well. Don't try to go for the shortcut because even if it worked, you would be losing a skill which is honestly I think is more valuable than anything. Even if we didn't give you guys winning offers and winning ads, I still think that all the content is worth it by itself because the skill is the most important thing. It's going to be worth it for a lifetime, literally. I'm not even kidding. Okay? So that's very important.

[56:07] Antonio: Is there an EPC for these offers? Ed, you can just calculate the EPC based on the metrics that you have in Notion, okay? Because you do have the average commissions there and you do have the target CPA, I'm pretty sure. Sorry, not the target CPA, but you do have the CPC and I'm pretty sure the targets there. So just look at the Notion. Look at the Notion and then let me know. You should be able to calculate that. Okay?

[56:35] Antonio: I'm having difficulty in providing directives in Claude to give me better instructions to build the B-rolls for my videos. How can I improve my prompt skill for memory offers? Okay, so this is just prompting in general and it's not 100% the scope of the training, it's a little bit, but not 100%. But typically, Eugenia, two parts to my answer. First part, look at our winners. So based on our winners, you're going to see the types of B-roll that work, right? So that's the first part. And just describe them in as many details as possible.

[57:06] Antonio: Second part of my answer, make it as realistic as possible. So if the output is not realistic, you can also ask the AI, how can I have a better prompt to make it more realistic? So a lot of the times this exact same question you have, you can ask the own AI, get its feedback, and then create a prompt with the AI. So you can ask Claude, give me a better prompt because I'm not satisfied with that. And you just need to be very precise why you're not satisfied, literally, based on the winners that you have. So use the AI to make you better prompts for the AI, right? So that's the second thing, very important.

[57:43] Antonio: Third thing, there are prompting structures that work well. So for example, one is just giving the role of the AI first, right? So you're a great creative manager, you're really good with the memory offer, just copy and paste all the info you have on the memory offer, copy and paste scripts for example, give it more information. That's the context you have. Then tell exactly what you need. The output that I need is, for example, a B-roll or a B-roll prompt that has these characteristics. And then finally, constraints. So this is what I do not want. I do not want an unrealistic B-roll. I do not want a B-roll that's not going to catch people's attention. I do not want a generic B-roll, for example. Right? And then try being as precise as possible.

[58:28] Antonio: And at the end of the day, after you prompt it, you can also go back to the AI and tell the AI, this is my prompt, this is what I'm trying to achieve, this is my prompt, how can I improve my prompt? So ask the AI how to improve your prompt as well. And then if you do that a couple times, honestly, you're just going to get much better at it. So that's pretty cool. Okay?

[58:49] Antonio: Okay, final question because I think that's a very important question guys. Four creatives. So four creatives. I will finish the training today. It was mainly questions focused, honestly, because I also know that Chris is great at reviewing ads. So in the next call we're going to have together, me and Chris are going to be reviewing ads. So we're going to be focusing the next call on reviewing ads more than answering questions, because I know this call was more geared towards answering questions, right? But I do want to give one big creative feedback just based on what I'm seeing running. Okay?

[59:21] Antonio: Please don't be lazy with the dopamine. Don't be lazy with the dopamine. I even going to put it as an announcement, okay? I'm going to put it here as an announcement. 6. Don't be lazy with the visual and verbal dopamine. I mean, that's not an announcement, that's a guideline, but still. But that's for all of you.

[59:46] Antonio: What do I mean by that? So obviously a lot of people might be confused. What do I mean by that? Don't, just because it's hard to put some split screens and have more B-roll, it's more credits as well, it's worth it to have more changes in visuals if they're engaging and they're not completely crazy. Typically it's just better to have more changes in visual than just have a person speaking forever. You guys are here for one hour, you're seeing me speak. It would be more engaging if I had like, I don't know, a Minecraft video just sometimes popping up. It's a stupid example, but I think you guys got the gist. And obviously people who are watching your ads are not you. So they're not here, they're not there to learn, they're there to scroll on Facebook. And that's the most important distinction. So you need to get people's attention.

[1:00:32] Antonio: So a good guideline is if any part of your ad has the AI avatar speaking for more than 15 seconds straight, you probably need to have a different visual somewhere. Either as a split screen, either popping up somewhere in the screen, either just a B-roll in the screen as well. Literally. Right? So it's just more dopamine, literally.

[1:00:52] Antonio: And especially in the hook. Especially in the hook. Okay? So for the first 10 to 15 seconds, you should have a lot of B-roll. Like a lot of B-roll, a lot of, you can use by the way organic videos as well, like organic TikTok videos that are related to what you're looking for, literally. Especially if they're viral, they're probably like good visual videos for you to have in your ads as well. There's literally no problems. A lot of people have been doing that. So please don't get lazy to it. And I know it takes work, sometimes it takes credits, and it takes more time. But it's going to improve your conversion rates, which is the most important thing. You're going to spend money to test these ads regardless. So you might as well just spend money on ads that are going to give you money, right?

[1:01:36] Antonio: And I still see some people getting lazy. And it's funny because I see this, like first minute or first 30 seconds of a video, there's so much dopamine, there are a lot of visuals, I can see the script as well, you're talking about like the results you can get with weight loss, you're comparing with Mounjaro, like it's super advanced, right? And then suddenly after one minute, no B-roll, like one B-roll every 30 seconds, the script just goes into like soft storytelling, there's no dopamine anymore. Because you got lazy. So please don't get lazy. For every freaking like one sentence, ask yourself, how can I improve the dopamine hit of my sentence, both verbally and visually? Okay? Because the more you can do that, the better your ads are going to convert. Because the more people are going to watch them through, the more people are going to click to the VSL, the more they're going to get pumped to click on the VSL, and then when they get to the VSL, they're going to convert more. They're going to go to the checkout more and they're going to purchase more. Right? So that's an announcement, but it's very important.

[1:02:41] Antonio: And by the way, okay, final thing, because I think that's just a fun question I just went. What the t-shirt says? It says, "Master the few, ignore the many." It's because ignore all the noise, just master the important stuff. Don't make execution mistakes, obviously. So guys, that's very important as well for the ads by the way. Please, your subtitles need to be readable in the right place. Chris shows you how to do that. Please don't make subtitles that are not readable or too small or very at the bottom of the screen or very at the top, it doesn't make sense. Okay? So no execution mistakes. So follow the training to the T, no execution mistakes, more dopamine in your ads, craft better ads. The more you're using AI avatars and dopamine hits with different visuals and verbally, the better.

[1:03:29] Antonio: And finally, make better decisions. Right? So same thing, after you found a winner or at least one that's more promising, better cost per checkout and ideally better CPA, better ROAS obviously, start doing variations of it using the evolution scaling method.

[1:03:42] Antonio: And then maybe final thing, obviously, don't worry if it feels slow for now or if you feel behind. Completely normal. There are some people here who have already scaled to over 10k a day. There are people who haven't, most people haven't, most people. Right? And some people have never run ads in their life, by the way. Which is completely normal. This training is built for all levels, really. Like even people who have already scaled to 100k a day, I guarantee you guys are going to find insights you're not going to find anywhere else in the world. And for you guys who have never run ads as well, I also guarantee that you guys are going to be able to run ads at a very high level. Right? So go at your own pace, it's all good. And honestly, I think it's the best training in the world. That's why I built it. But please always give feedback, always ask questions, ask as many questions as possible, try making better ads, and I know you guys are going to have success and build skills forever. Okay guys? Appreciate you, and see you guys in the next class.
