Set: ADS-WL---Slimjara-Google-Drive · folder: Ads WL - Ginger Trick 21/05/2026 · 149 s · This ad uses an ironic 'anti-scam' angle and AI-generated personas to build trust and curiosity around a secret weight-loss recipe.

Hook

• Spoken: These scams should be banned on Facebook.
• On screen: BETRUGSMASCHEN SOLLTEN AUF FACEBOOK VERBOTEN WERDEN. (SCAMS SHOULD BE BANNED ON FACEBOOK.)
• Visual: Split screen. Top: blonde woman looking at camera. Bottom: hands chopping ginger.
• Camera: Top: static selfie. Bottom: static overhead. · first cut at 9 s · type: warning
• Pattern interrupt: The accusatory word 'Betrugsmaschen' (scams) paired with a split-screen visual.
• Why it stops the scroll: Creates immediate curiosity and a sense of warning. Viewers want to know what the scam is.

Feel

• Score (1 amateur, 10 polished): 4. Visuals mimic organic UGC, but AI voiceover, unnatural lip-sync, and aggressive captioning give it a manufactured feel.
• Organic because: Messy kitchen background, casual clothing, handheld camera feel in b-roll.
• Controlled: Script, pacing, caption highlights, strategic use of b-roll.

Editing

• 19 cuts, avg 7.8 s (shortest 1, longest 33). Starts fast with split screen and rapid b-roll cuts, slows down significantly for long talking head segments, picks up slightly with the testimonial.
• Transitions: hard cuts · captions: {"present": true, "style": "bold sans-serif, white text, red or orange highlight boxes, center screen, word-by-word or short phrases"} · music: none · sfx: none
• Devices: split screen, b-roll overlay, before/after photos

Voice

• {"who": "narrator and testimonial", "apparent_age": "40s and 20s", "gender": "female", "accent_or_region": "standard German", "tone": "authoritative, urgent, warning", "pace": "moderate", "ai_or_human": "AI. Lip-sync is noticeably off, especially for the second woman. Voice lacks natural breathing and has synthetic smoothness."}

Shots

Persuasion

• Problem: Not losing weight despite trying recipes, falling for scams.
• Villain: Scammers, fake AI experts selling useless pills.
• Mechanism: Gingerol mixed with ice.
• Recipe / ritual: Ginger + ice mixture.
• Proof: Testimonial claiming 31kg loss, before/after photos claiming 25kg loss.
• CTA (2:17): Tap below to watch it today. · on screen: Woman talking to camera, pointing down.
• Beats: 0:00 Hook: Warning about scams -> 0:09 Call out villains -> 0:34 Establish authority -> 0:42 Reveal true mechanism -> 1:03 Proof: Before/after photos -> 1:11 Introduce persona -> 1:44 Proof: Video testimonial -> 1:59 Reiterate villain -> 2:08 Offer solution -> 2:17 Call to action

Replicate

• Strong 'warning' hook calling out a common scam.
• Split screen in the first few seconds for visual interest.
• High-contrast, dynamic captions highlighting emotional words.
• Positioning the speaker as the 'original' source against fakes.
• Using a specific, unusual mechanism (ginger + ice) to create curiosity.

Avoid

• Using AI lip-sync that is noticeably out of sync.
• Leaving a talking head on screen for over 30 seconds without visual changes.
• Inconsistencies in the script (e.g., ginger vs. gelatin).
